Out of all the dealerships I have visited in Gainesville, Parks of Gainesville has the best customer service. Two days before I went to this dealership I went to southeast car agency andI felt like the manager and sales associate did not care about my business. It was completely different with Parks of Gainesville. The sales associate who helped me in my purchase was Warren Phillips. He was very nice and courteous, offered me and my husband water. He was very adamant that he would not put us through a deal that was out of my price range. My husband was also very picky about the car he wanted and Warren was able to help us without a problem. After our purchase, Warren showed us the specs of our new vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service at Parks of Gainesville. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. More
I had a very nice experience while getting a new Hyundai Sonata lease. To start with - the new place is magnificent and very inviting. Service was very quick and extremely friendly. I did not have to deal with any additional meetings, etc. Everything was done in few hours. Miss Rabinovich was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable in answering all my question and instructing me how to use new Sonata technology. Mr. Vega made a transfer from my previous lease quick and painless. Oh, I forgot to mention, that I LOVE my new 2013 Sonata!!! I will definitely be back in three years to get another lease - it will be the third one :) More
This is the third Hyundai bought from this dealership; a 2008 Elantra, 2011 Genesis, and now a 2013 Elantra. Friendly and professional sales staff, who listened to what we were requesting. Gave us a very good deal on our trade-in Elantra to purchase the new one. Very definitely would return again . . . plus we find the cars are very good value for the money. Lorenzo was really nice ! He tried for us. But his boss, kept fluffing the conversation up with terms and bs we did not understand and when I dug deeper to understand him, he seemed aggravated with me. He kept trying to put me into a lease that I didn't want bc I knew I would drive more than 15,000 miles a year and I want to own my car and not ha e to worry about someone cleaning it after my two years and billing me. My whine reason for a new car was to have babies in a safe car. I knew It would not be in pristine condition. The guy kept talking talking talking about a lease and the numbers he was giving me was over budget. Sometimes you can't help that I know, but it was a new car and it was line pullin teeth to get him to show me a used car! Santa Fe ford is where it's at. Ask for Ron Hinson. I walked out with a 2012 Camry $10,000 under normal price. More
I drove in wanting to take a look at a new Hyundai Sonata. As soon as I drove in I was approached by Steven's friendly smile. I told him exactly what I was looking for and that is what he brought me. Although the dealer's condition wasn't the best, their top notch customer service and friendly attitude made up for it (they're moving to a new location soon). During the whole process their communication was very open and honest. Steven was always available and welcomed calls and SMS messages, which eases the whole process. Jackie was also readily available and very responsive when I emailed her. I value the professionalism and open lines of communication. Steven worked with me to get the a good deal: an affordable car with great features that doesn't leave me in the poor house. He always had a friendly smile and was very professional with a hint of casualness that also eased the car-buying experience. He was always honest. A+ Jackie also worked with many financial institutions to get me the best deal. I have good but limited credit, but she was able to pull it off. She explained everything very clearly and gladly reiterated when needed. A+ I have also been working with Bill today (04/01/13) to fix a minor cosmetic issue on the car (which Steven pointed out at the time of sale). It was missing a door-pillar appliqué (minor/silly issue) and they fixed it today. Bill has been very responsive to phone calls, and scheduling. It has been a pleasure working with him. My husband and I really liked how the dealership worked with us and our budget. We told them what we were looking for and at a price range we could afford and they really worked with us in finding somethin with us and our budget.
