I went in to have my Hyundai Elantra serviced. While I was there I read an email that I had received announcing that Parks Hyundai was having a big President's Day sale with up to $10,000 off select model was there I read an email that I had received announcing that Parks Hyundai was having a big President's Day sale with up to $10,000 off select models. My lease was coming due in May, so I decided to look and take advantage of the sale. John Morris was selected to assist me. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I did specifically say that I did not want to exceed a certain price range. We looked at several cars with features that met my needs. Large cargo, fuel efficient, comfortable seats,etc. I was shown a 2014 Sonata that I was very pleased with. Multiple features that would make travelling a pleasure. We were not able to agree tp the price I wanted to pay. John looked for another car and was able to find a Sonata GLS with some, but not all, of the things I liked. The price for this was still higher than I wanted to spend, but I agreed to buy the car. It was slightly larger and a bit more comfortable than the Elantra. When all was said and done I drove it home and then carefully looked the car over and compared the sticker price to my purchase price. First, I realized that some of the extras I thought I was getting with the car were not included. Big disappointment.. Next, I saw that I was paying full sticker price. What happened to the big "Presidents Day Sale"? I think that this is false advertising. I blame myself for not researching more or sleeping on my decision to buy on that day. I certainly did not need to. I guess I simply trusted that your company would be fair in their pricing. I have looked on the internet and found that same model at the Jacksonville dealership for $3000 less than I paid at Parks. Shame on me for not being careful. Shame on you for being unfair to a returning customer. More
I really wasn't even familiar with Hyundai when I went to Parks, I needed a reliable new car and had several old mind sets about buying new cars, but the sales manager, Justin Benson was very informa went to Parks, I needed a reliable new car and had several old mind sets about buying new cars, but the sales manager, Justin Benson was very informative about all the aspects of the car and the manufacturer warrantys, as well as the dealerships abilities. He was patient with us, completely understanding our older mindset, but found a car that met and exceeded all my expectations at a great price.I opted for the heated seats and now I can't imagine why I waited so long to get a car like this, but what a joy it is and the best part is the gas mileage, I saw 40.6 on a long drive the other day! We found that, as Mr. Benson said, Hyundai has the best warranty in the market and the entire process was quick and thorough, they even paired my phone to my car's bluetooth, which that feature is also awesome by the way! The dealership was great to us and we had an overall excellent experience I would highly recommend them. More

The staff is excellent. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Preston and Lorenzo and interviewed as to what we were looking for and what our price range and budget were. We test drove a few vehicles and made a choice, and preliminary figures were given to us. The initial monthly payment was higher than my budget allowed and I communicated this to the staff. I was there on a Saturday evening, and was told they would have to call me back on Monday with a final offer for financing. I got a call Monday morning and was told that they had good news and to come in. I was very surprised by the new payment, which was over $75 less than the original figure. Cory played with the numbers and got me an excellent deal and payments on the car. Mel in finance did all the paperwork and was very knowledgeable and descriptive in answering our questions. The staff at Parks Hyundai is very pleasant and easy to work with, and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. This was by far my most pleasant experience with buying a car. They even kept my children happy with fresh baked cookies, coloring pages and crayons. More
Tammy was excellent... I contacted her by telephone and told her what I was looking for. I heard from another dealer that the group in Gainesville were pretty aggressive in getting customers the best pric told her what I was looking for. Having not purchased a new car in 20 years, this was quite an experience and trauma for me. But John Morris was excellent and very patient with me. He did his best to make me feel comfortable, put up with my impatience and many, many questions that I kept asking. He was knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of selling a car. I would recommend him to anyone who was interested in the purchase of a new car. Not to mention, but I will......John made me feel as if I was the only customer he had and treated me and my dog very well. My automobile is wonderful and am enjoying driving the Hyundai. I look forward to using the Service Department when the time comes. Because if all the Service Techs are as professional and helpful as John Morris than I shall be in awe.
