Every one from the Sales Manager, Ramon, to my sales representative Ivy and her associate Nick, treated me with professionalism, courtesy and enthusiasm. They even arranged to have one of your staff, Michael, drive one and a half hours to my home to pick me up to deliver my new Hyundai Tucson Sport. I was very impressed with the energy and enthusiasm of every staff member I came in contact with, especially Ivy Lee, who made my buying experience with Parks Hyundai an enjoyable one. I recently had a very negative experience with another Hyundai dealership and this experience more than made up for that one. I would have no problem recommending Parks Hyundai to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More
