Lack of torque wrench or incompetent mechanic After taking my wife's car into have a NTSB recall preformed, we experienced the worse case of buyers remorse I have ever had with a mechanic. The recall was for the brake pedal light switch, and the work was performed adequately. The problem developed after we took our car home. We found wile driving on the highway that the rear taillight housings were falling off the car. This comes after we had to reassemble the trunk liner when we picked up the car. We discovered that the taillight housing screws had been over tightened and all had broke. Parks manager informed us that they did not work on the tail lights, which was a lie as we had to put the trunk liner back in. Also its highly suspicious that all screws would fail at the exact same time. Parks has failed to even admit that they caused the problem and even quoted up $400.00 to fix their mistake. More

Part of the deal is I have known what I wanted for the last three and they have gone the extra mile to make the deal happen. The staff are friendly and they know their stuff. The process of buying or leasing can be tedious but they folks at Parks make it enjoyable. I highly recommend them to all my friends and even strangers who might want to lease or buy a new or used vehicle. If you don't at least give them a shot, you'll regret it in the end. And they sell Hyundai vehicles which I think are the best value on the road. The warranty alone should make you want to check them out. And when you do the quality of the vehicles will actually sell themselves. The only issue we've had over the last 9 years of having Hyundai vehicles is the battery needed replaced! And we have now had 5 of them! More
