We asked all the right questions, but received misinformation about features that were important to us. Unfortunately, we took the car at face value off the showroom floor and trusted the salesman's words--big mistake. They assured us that satisfaction was guaranteed, even if we had to go to the top. After numerous efforts to TRY to rectify the situation, INCLUDING going to the top, they told us we NOW had a "used" car and it was dramatically depreciated. We left feeling abused and helpless.. Being totally dissatisfied with this new car, my husband decided to leave our home area and pursue another dealership. That's when we found Parks Hyundai of Gainesville. The second we met Ivy Lee we felt a calm we needed. She was warm, caring, listened to our needs, and did everything possible to meet our expectation. Her gift of salesmanship has a style we have not seen before, going way beyond just "telling" about the car. She demonstrated, gave hands on instructions, and left no stone unturned in satisfying our every query. She is an amazing and compassionate woman, way beyond her young years, and EXACTLY the kind of saleswoman we needed after the money-sharks we had been dealing with. Sales manager pushy Ramone was very pushy. I knew I wanted the Genesis for months before I got it, I was waiting on the right time for me personally and financially. I Ramone was very pushy. I made that very clear to Andrew from the beginning and he seemed to understand. Ramone continued to email me and I called up there to talk about my timeline and I had a few questions. Ramone told me that we had been negotiating this deal for too long and that we needed to do something, that it had been several months. I restated my position and he got very aggressive in his attempts to sell me the car that day. I understand he wanted a sale but I was going to be out of town most of the next several weeks and getting a car that day made no sense. Chill out! More
