Car buying with a happy ending! I bought a 2015 Mustang of the used lot. It looked and drove great. Then I discovered a disconcerting issue and contacted Brent with customer service. He understood my concerns and we arranged a meeting with Eric in Service and Mike Grimaldi, manager. We had a friendly and fruitful discussion about the issue (details of which are irrelevant) and they went to great pains to ensure my satisfaction. They succeeded. I will be moving to the Ocala area in the near future and I believe I've found my new Ford home. Thanks guys! More
