New Car Purchase I visited this dealership on April 25, 2015. Initially, I was just visiting to gather information on the process of purchasing a vehicle or leasing. I I visited this dealership on April 25, 2015. Initially, I was just visiting to gather information on the process of purchasing a vehicle or leasing. I had never purchased a car so I really had no idea what the process was like and wanted to see what my options were to start preparing and saving to purchase. I was quickly greeted by Holden who had a very upbeat attitude and immediately made me feel at ease. He asked me some questions to see what I was looking for in a vehicle and I told him that I had already looked online a little and I that was contemplating behind a Hyundai Elantra or a Ford Focus. I also explained to him that I really needed information on the process more than anything. He took me inside to gather some information as well as setting up the two cars I was interested in to look at and possibly test drive. When the cars were set up, he walked me through the specs of each vehicle and the benefits of each. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease and offered to take me for a test drive as well. When we came back from the test drive, he went to find out what I would qualify for. I never expected him to actually purchase a car that day but thanks to Holden, I walked out with my first new car. He was so nice throughout the entire process and made me comfortable every step of the way. He even drove my old vehicle back to my apartment for me! This dealership definitely cares about making sure that people leave their dealership happy and satisfied. Every person I came into contact with made this a wonderful car buying experience! More

Parks hyundai was a breath of fresh air. We were warmly and gunuinely greeted and taken care of by Richard Challenger and Ramone and the whole staff. We were like family and Richard in particular was very straightforward and honest about everything. If you are wanting to buy or lease a car.
