Two days before I went to this dealership I went to southeast car agency andI felt like the manag Parks of Gainesville has the best customer service. It was completely different with Parks of Gainesville. The sales associate who helped me in my purchase was Warren Phillips. He was very nice and courteous, offered me and my husband water. He was very adamant that he would not put us through a deal that was out of my price range. My husband was also very picky about the car he wanted and Warren was able to help us without a problem. After our purchase, Warren showed us the specs of our new vehicle. Overall I am very satisfied with the customer service at Parks of Gainesville.
