I'm a first time car buyer fresh out of college and I was very anxious about the whole car buying process. Liana made the entire experience painless and even fun! The problem relates to the fact that I brought my car (trade in) into the service department for repairs and after a week and half and 650.00 dollars later my car was returned to me with the same electri (trade in) into the service department for repairs and after a week and half and 650.00 dollars later my car was returned to me with the same electrical problem it had when I brought it in. I was forced to trade in the vehicle after having no faith in the service department to get the car fixed. All in all I bought a used Hyundai from them on 11/5/2013 and on 11/12/2013 the alternator went out on the vehicle. The reason the alternator failed is because during their cleaning process they made sure they cleaned the engine to hide an oil leak from the valve cover. This leak shorted the alternator and I am left with another 600.00 repair the dealer is refusing to cover. I will be sure to tell everyone I meet about the way I have been treated from this dealership (and I meet a few hundred new people a day). More

Still then Liana helped us get the car for the price we could afford too. We still go in there to see our new founded friend. Liana was a joy to work with and treated us like we were important to her. Still Liana calls and looks in on us to make sure we are happy with our purchase. It's the first time I really felt like I could trust someone at a dealership. I encourage any one look for a car to go to this young lady she will get you what you want at a reasonable price for a car.
