I took my car to Hyundai almost a month ago wanting a tune up and to get a check up because my check engine light kept coming on my car had been riding really good no major issues I just thought it neede tune up and to get a check up because my check engine light kept coming on my car had been riding really good no major issues I just thought it needed a tune up Hyundai has had my car for about a month now I am so frustrated everytime I call to ask is it done its not they keep telling me oh were waiting on the insurance company to do this an that they brought it to me once after the insurance paid for everything they stated was wrong and the check engine light was still on I'm so upset I thought Hyundai was the place to take my car I'm not pleased at all then trying to over charge me on two minor things that I said I would pay for before I knew my insurance would be paying for anything as long as they have had my car I shouldn't be paying for anything then offering me another sonata that I don't want I just want my car back and I will never bring my car back!!!!!! I don't think no one has ever had to leave their car for a month More

This place was amazing the service was excellent. Ryan Terry helped me with most of everything through the phone. Since he wasn’t there the next day Dejuan Allen helped me with all of the paperwork. Took a 15 sonata to them to find out what's wrong with the car. They said would be $299.00 to let me know what's wrong with a brand of car they sell. If there was a way to give negative stars I would. I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. They have had my vehicle for almost 2 months now, for the 4th time in less than 2 month I do not recommend this dealership or its service department. They have had my vehicle for almost 2 months now, for the 4th time in less than 2 months, for accumulative time in their shop of over 5 months (I have only owned the car for 6 months) and still cannot figure out the issue. However, they have no issue guessing and filing multiple claims against my warranty. Run as far as you can to somewhere else. Do not take you vehicle to this service department! More

Absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. They only want people who are ready to buy on the spot. They seem extremely offended that you would ever want to sleep on a big purchase dealership. They only want people who are ready to buy on the spot. They seem extremely offended that you would ever want to sleep on a big purchase or do more research. They kept pushing that if I just named a number I should be able to buy the car right then. I straight up told them they were being way too aggressive and I was not ready to buy that day. I was wanting to come back the next day. That apparently was not good enough for them. Also got the pleasure of overhearing one of their employees tell another employee that they could not take a single day of vacation unless they had a vacation voucher and it didn't matter what was going on they had to show up to work or they would be out of a job.
