couldn't have had a worse experience. 1st issue. truck was scheduled to be picked up at 9:30am and we serviced at 10am and never got picked up. I called two days later and the reception 1st issue. truck was scheduled to be picked up at 9:30am and we serviced at 10am and never got picked up. I called two days later and the receptionist put me on a 20 min hold and then had no solution when she came back. Got me with someone else and they said "oh we had you down to drop it off at 10am". So then we schedule it to be picked up the following Wednesday morning(11/5). I then get a call that my service is complete and I received the invoice to pay ( which i paid within 20 min of receiving). They told me it would be delivered back to my house by 6pm that day. I get a call from my employee who went to use the truck on Friday that the truck was not there... I then get home on Sunday. Truck is still not there. Monday roles around and I texted the number that texted my invoice, "where is my truck" and i get a response "he is on the way".No acknowledgment of a mistake or actions to make the situation right. I couldn't to work this morning without a vehicle. As a business owner, I understand things happen and mistakes are made. But when it happens, you better go out of the way to make the situation corrected and customer satisfied. NOTHING has been done except FINALLY getting my truck back 5 days later More

The employees at the service department are all very friendly and helpful. I feel that the service is slow. I had a 10:00 am appointment to have tires checked for leakage and tire repair was not finish friendly and helpful. I feel that the service is slow.
