The Service Department at Parks Ford is second to none. Their staff is very knowledgeable and makes the repairs right the first time and in a timely manner. Alan Sarne and Brent Thirkill are the Service Their staff is very knowledgeable and makes the repairs right the first time and in a timely manner. Alan Sarne and Brent Thirkill are the Service advisors I go to. Alan has been our "go-to" advisor since Day 1. I can't say enough about him. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of, even if it's a last minute, unscheduled repair. Parks Ford is very lucky to have him. His attention to our needs has kept us coming back, time and time again. I would definitely recommend Parks Ford Service department to anyone. Well worth the drive from anywhere! More
George was my initial contact with the dealership. He showed me a few cars and talked to me awhile about the new BOSS Mustang. Kevin closed the deal the next time I came in with my checkbook and my wife to make my purchase. Since then, I've been back twice for simple service issues. Alan was extrememly knowlegable about after-market stuff having to do with my car. Jose and Brent both took great care of me in service when I wanted to get the transmission checked (no problems) and the tires rotated (no problems). I will recommend this dealership for anyone I know wanting to buy a car or get their FORD serviced. When it comes time for routine maintenance, I plan on coming to PARKS FORD! More

After buying a used car from Parks Ford we noticed fluid in the drivers side floor. With a ninety day warranty I thought the problem would be corrected without issue. When I took the car back they gladly lo in the drivers side floor. With a ninety day warranty I thought the problem would be corrected without issue. When I took the car back they gladly looked at the car and determined I had a window seal leaking. I had spoke with Alan about my concern with what I thought was a heater core problem. i was assured it was the window seal and sent on my way. Again fluid built up in the driver side floor while running the a/c. I took it back again and was told it was not the heater core but again the window seal. Seeing as how the car was driven very little and garage kept I knew this wasn't true. I took the car to another dealer who confirmed the heater core was the problem and corrected the problem. If Parks Ford is going to business this way I feel for people following after me. I will never do business with them again. More
I went back and complained that someone made a huge scrape off of my running boards which we may never know who had done it personally I did not make that scrape and so what the dealership but eventual scrape off of my running boards which we may never know who had done it personally I did not make that scrape and so what the dealership but eventually the service department supervisor went ahead and said they will repair it for no cost. My only gripe was I gave them a clean car and it came back with muddy boot prints on my running boards and floor mat I know ussually dealership use a paper floor mat to avoid this situation but since I came in just for body works they dont use those on that situation. Chris Haggerstrom is responsible for me driving all the way from Palm Harbor to Wesley Chapel and Parks Ford. He is one of the best Service Advisors you have! He is honest, reliable, dependable and tells way from Palm Harbor to Wesley Chapel and Parks Ford. He is one of the best Service Advisors you have! He is honest, reliable, dependable and tells it like it is, but when he does it's the truth! Very rare these days! When he was Service Manager at Parks Lincoln he was the only individual who I would let take care of my Grand Marquis (for 11 years)or my Mercury Mariner when I leased it. I don't believe you could find a better qualified Service Advisor in the Tampa Bay Area. If he goes away from Parks Ford, so do I! As an elder citizen it is imperative that I can take my vehicle to someone who I know will tell me the truth...even if I don't want to hear it. He is also responsible for introducing me to the best Certified Product Consultant I have ever encountered at a dealership. Frank Lacey was polite, knowledgeable and did everything he could to meet all my needs in Leasing a Ford Edge...and....he listened and didn't waste my time. I knew Shane Norsworthy at Parks Lincoln and found him to be very pleasant polite and helpful...always willing to put the deal together satisfactorily for everyone. I was on the Board of Directors of The Villages of Wesley Chapel when Ron Parks began building Heritage Ford (now known as Parks Ford). I knew then that it would grow into a good dealership. But it wasn't good enough to make the drive from Pinellas County until Chris Haggerstrom came to your dealership. You have a very valuable employee in Chris and I certainly hope he is recognized by his Superiors favorably for his professionalism and dedication. As long as Chris Haggerstrom is at Parks Ford I will be a repeat customer and so will my friends! More

My Father who had previously bought multiple new vehicles from Parks Ford (pka Heritage Ford) always bragged about Alan's customer service when he brought his cars in for service. He would be SO happy that not only did he take great care of him before he passed away in 2004, but now both of his daughters and soon my own son (his grandson) will start coming into this dealership with our Ford vehicles. Specifically for the peace of mind knowing that Alan will be honest and continue to take great care of our family! I have been an owner of Ford automobiles for over 50 years and have during that period of time dealt with many dealership service departments. Consequently, I normally have had my service work done at a years and have during that period of time dealt with many dealership service departments. Consequently, I normally have had my service work done at an independent garage. Moving to Florida last year, I initially went to Heritage (now Parks) Ford for service and was very pleased with the response of the service rep. Brent Thirkill. Subsequently in August, we purchased a 2012 Focus from Parks and have had a number of occassions to deal with Brent concerning service matters. He has bent over backwards to assist my wife with a very special problem concerning a keyless entry problem and taking care of normal service needs for our two Ford vehicles. We have found him not only very competent concerning service matters but professional with a warmth. It is because of Brent that we were encouraged to purchase our 2012 Focus from Park Motors but also to use the dealers service department for our service needs. We consider Brent to be a friend as well as the service rep we want to deal with and have recommended him to others when the occassion presents itself. You have a great empoyee in this young man.
