Went in for service left with a new car! I had taken my focus in for service because my passenger side window motor went out leaving the window down after an exhausting morning of errands wit I had taken my focus in for service because my passenger side window motor went out leaving the window down after an exhausting morning of errands with my 2yr old son. I dealt with Mike at the service desk first who was sympathetic to my emergency even though it was Saturday at 1 o'clock and the service dept was slammed he had Diagnostic done very quickly. However while I was waiting I decided to walk around and look at se cars to occupy my son. I starting thinking about trading in my focus for something new since the warranty was up and I was afraid paying for repairs would be a sign of things to come. I thought the deal wouldn't be possible since I still owed a substantial amount on it. I met David and he assured me that we could make a deal. So we did. I traded my car in and drove off with a low milage certified ore owned with a killer warranty and more importantly NO money out of pocket. My payments are virtually the same also. David made sure I was choosing a car that I would be happy with and that it was the right choice for my family. All of this was done while I had my toddler. The entire team was very patient and understanding. This dealership cares about Its customers. This is the second car I've purchased from parks because the service and staff are just amazing. The cars are pretty sweet also. More
Great Service Experience at Parks Ford My low pressure light came on for my tires. I stopped into the dealership and Mike was able to take care of it for me right away. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this Ford dealership and would never go anywhere else to have my car serviced. Mike is always friendly and happy to help me when I come in. I may not remember all their names but the most outstanding is Mr. Will Smith who has personally attended to my needs for all the visits I have had. I bought the car in 2011 when it was still Heritage Ford. I have had the card serviced there since then and found that the change of ownership and name did not change the level of service and competence. In fact, it might have even improved slightly. The car is Ford Fusion 2008 and even though it is seven years old, it still runs like new, which I attribute to the way it is taken care of. And yet I feel that every dollar I spend on its maintenance and service is worth every cent. It may not be in the interest of the dealership's sales department but I feel confident that I can keep the car for another 100,000 miles. Thank to Will Smith, whom I jokingly call "my favorite Hollywood star." More
Wow.. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I stopped by for a minor issue and was greeted by Terrie Aurie. She was wonderful, attentive and and kept an eye on my car and got it back so quickly. Even though it was a small problem, she initiated and started to explain my problem and also watched as my car was readied to come back out. She greeted me with a smile and i notice a warm heart to her conversation,. She is truly one a kind there, and I hope I can see her again when I bring my car back in for routine service.
