I recently went to Parks Ford for service on my Mercury Sable...and after a few mishaps which left me disappointed I received a call from Mr. Adams the relatively new service manager. He expressed concern Sable...and after a few mishaps which left me disappointed I received a call from Mr. Adams the relatively new service manager. He expressed concern for my dissatisfaction with my recent service.and outlined what he wanted to do to remedy the situation. What he was proposing was a pleasant surprise, not only because it resolved my current service issue to my satisfaction... but rather the prompt and courteous manner in which it was offered reflected a genuine desire to do right by me. It occurred to me if they would extend this level of concern and consideration to me...then they would probably, as a matter of policy extend it to all their customers. A business the size of a car dealership, with the volume of service customers they handle, instances of disappointment in service are bound to happen no matter how hard a company strives to prevent the occurrences. The professionalism of a service department is tested during these occasions and will reveal just how committed to customer service they really are. In my case they came through in such a way that resulted in my service experience going from disappointing to very satisfied by not only meeting... but actually exceeding my expectations. I was told by the general manager a couple months ago he wanted to increase the level of customer satisfaction in his service department and if I were to bring my cars in for service I would not be disappointed. The recent addition of Mr. Adams appears to have been an excellent first step in reaching that goal. So accolades go out to Mr. Mullane for his choice. One thing I have noticed about Parks Ford...you can always count on the service advisers to be friendly and personable. That takes real effort and should be recognized as such because it can be overwhelming at times when the service department gets extremely busy. Mr. Abati was no different, as he addressed my needs and concerns in the manner in which I expect to be treated. If you are looking for a long term service and maintenance relationship with a service department that is willing to go the extra mile...then Parks Ford is certainly worthy of consideration. More

The Service Department at Parks Ford is second to none. Their staff is very knowledgeable and makes the repairs right the first time and in a timely manner. Alan Sarne and Brent Thirkill are the Service advisors I go to. Alan has been our "go-to" advisor since Day 1. I can't say enough about him. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of, even if it's a last minute, unscheduled repair. Parks Ford is very lucky to have him. His attention to our needs has kept us coming back, time and time again. I would definitely recommend Parks Ford Service department to anyone. Well worth the drive from anywhere! More
George was my initial contact with the dealership. He showed me a few cars and talked to me awhile about the new BOSS Mustang. Kevin closed the deal the next time I came in with my checkbook and my wife to make my purchase. Since then, I've been back twice for simple service issues. Alan was extrememly knowlegable about after-market stuff having to do with my car. Jose and Brent both took great care of me in service when I wanted to get the transmission checked (no problems) and the tires rotated (no problems). I will recommend this dealership for anyone I know wanting to buy a car or get their FORD serviced. When it comes time for routine maintenance, I plan on coming to PARKS FORD! More

After buying a used car from Parks Ford we noticed fluid in the drivers side floor. With a ninety day warranty I thought the problem would be corrected without issue. When I took the car back they gladly lo in the drivers side floor. With a ninety day warranty I thought the problem would be corrected without issue. When I took the car back they gladly looked at the car and determined I had a window seal leaking. I had spoke with Alan about my concern with what I thought was a heater core problem. i was assured it was the window seal and sent on my way. Again fluid built up in the driver side floor while running the a/c. I took it back again and was told it was not the heater core but again the window seal. Seeing as how the car was driven very little and garage kept I knew this wasn't true. I took the car to another dealer who confirmed the heater core was the problem and corrected the problem. If Parks Ford is going to business this way I feel for people following after me. I will never do business with them again. More
I went back and complained that someone made a huge scrape off of my running boards which we may never know who had done it personally I did not make that scrape and so what the dealership but eventual scrape off of my running boards which we may never know who had done it personally I did not make that scrape and so what the dealership but eventually the service department supervisor went ahead and said they will repair it for no cost. My only gripe was I gave them a clean car and it came back with muddy boot prints on my running boards and floor mat I know ussually dealership use a paper floor mat to avoid this situation but since I came in just for body works they dont use those on that situation. More
