I stopped in for an oil change on a Friday afternoon. (no appointment). It was brought to my attention my rear brakes were shot, and needed to be replaced. I have been a faithful Ford customer for 2 F150's, my father/mother before me, my sister as well. I/we have always had dealings with Alan as our contact person. Last week Alan took care of my brakes, thi father/mother before me, my sister as well. I/we have always had dealings with Alan as our contact person. Last week Alan took care of my brakes, this week an awesome price on my new BF Goodrich tires. My brother n law, a tire dealer with big trucks couldn't believe our price Alan offered and since we have a great relationship with Alan he said to see Alan as he is no longer living in Florida to be available for us as he used to be. We stopped by unannounced yesterday at 8am and advised Alan he won our business for the tires. Just in time for tropical storm Andrea! It was like driving a new truck! I was safe and sound! I've been looking at the internet @ cars .com and found a truck that was about what I wanted.So as I was waiting for my truck to be serviced I walked down the hallway and ran into Will Bozeman and asked him if he could point me out to the internet managers office.Not knowing that Will was the internet manager.I told him I had found this truck at Adkins Ford in Fort Meade fl.and wondered if we could do business,he assured me we could.And now I'm driving my new truck.The experience was good this dealership has made a strong turnaround.You have kept the good people and got rid of the ones that didn't need to be there.Of was course you never get the deal you want you just hope the vehicle you purchased was made on tuesday orwednesday.
