Always Great Service!!!!! Our service advisor, Will Smith, always tells us "don't worry we'll take care of you" and true to his word he always does. Recently I called to see if they could squeeze me in at the last minute to get an oil change because I was do for one and needed to make a road trip the next day. Without hesitation Will told me to come in and they would "take care of me" :-) . They gave me a full service oil change and I was in and out much sooner than expected. We truly appreciate the personal care and reliable service we receive at Parks! More

Fraud!!!!! I brought my 2013 Explorer in due to it stalling. The service department had it for a complete day and at the end of the day told me that the "angle I brought my 2013 Explorer in due to it stalling. The service department had it for a complete day and at the end of the day told me that the "angle sensor" code came on and I needed a new battery. (They tell me I need a new battery every time I bring it in for service.) They informed me that the angle sensor issue would not be the cause for it to stall. I opted not to have it replaced. The following day I stalled out again in the middle of a busy state road. Fearing this would occur again, I had it towed back to Parks Ford. After 2 days they determined it was the throttle body and quoted me a price of almost $900. I quickly called 4 other Ford service departments and was quoted half of that amount by all 4. Parks did match the price when I informed them. They never asked me which dealers I contacted or called to verify these quotes. To me that admits fraud. Never will have them diagnosis or perform major service on my vehicles again. (Still have not had battery replaced and not had any problems with it.) More

Michael Abati was the Service Advisor who helped me with all the details pertaining to my repairs. He was very professional and courteous. He kept me up to date on the progress of the service and was accurate on the cost he quoted. I've used this dealership and service department before on my previous truck purchase and service needs. I highly recommend them! And a special thanks to Michael, the service team who takes care of all the work, Max who stayed late to drive me home when I dropped my truck off, and also to Will Smith, Service Advisor, who took care of the final details when I picked up my truck. Rear Differential Repair I had been experiencing a whirring noise from the rear of my vehicle for a while, and just wasn't able to associate the sound with the problem. As soo I had been experiencing a whirring noise from the rear of my vehicle for a while, and just wasn't able to associate the sound with the problem. As soon as I was able to pinpoint it with the help of another person, I knew that I had to get it into a dealership asap. I called Will Smith late in the day, and he was able to schedule me into Parks Ford first thing in the morning, with assurance of a rental that I could use. Will is great, and every time I call him the appointments are always rapid and most convenient according to my schedule. Even while my truck is at the dealership, the updates and communication are always excellent. Will is definitely my go-to guy, and he's always ready to help. I just got my Raptor back today after a couple days, and the absence of the noise is amazing. Although I've never met the Ford technicians, they definitely deserve recognition. Rear end differential repair can often be difficult and complex, and I thank them for their rapid diagnosis and repair. They definitely take care of my truck every time I'm there. I've developed a genuine relationship with Parks Ford, and even though I recently moved and travel there from Lakeland, the comfort and trust I feel is worth the 13 mpg of my Ford Raptor. More
