Dear Mr. Foskey, We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with your last service visit. Transmission diagnosis can be time consuming, therefore labor to breakdown transmission can be costly. We did have a Ford Factory Inspector look at your vehicle's transmission. Unfortunately he found the transmission problem was not due to internal failure, but because of outside cause. Also all of our technicians are Ford Certified and are constantly continuing their certification requirements, and we have Master technicians that have years of experience that diagnosis vehicles that come in for engine or transmission concerns. Again we apologize you were dissatisfied with your most recent, but unfortunately the repair was not warrantable. Best Regards, The Parks Ford Team
