I have been to many car dealerships and service stations and the service department at Parks Ford is way ahead of the competition in all areas. Everyone is so friendly, respectful, prompt and thorough. Kudos to Will Smith for running a super crew. I was so impressed with him that I even asked for his autograph. Tail Light Replacement I went in to Parks Ford after I noticed an issue with my left rear tail light. Upon further inspection, a small crack was discovered which led to mois I went in to Parks Ford after I noticed an issue with my left rear tail light. Upon further inspection, a small crack was discovered which led to moisture getting into the tail light and causing my issue. Despite the crack, Will Smith was still able to get Ford to replace my part under warranty with absolutely no trouble. Everything was handled extremely professionally and promptly. I would gladly recommend the Parks Ford service department and Will Smith in particular to anyone who asked. More
