Over and Above!! Came in for my first regular oil change during a very busy time, expecting to be there a long time but they had us out in less than hour! In addition: when I called Will Smith, the service person taking care of us, over to show him several areas of my 2014 Ford Fiesta's hood that had been hit with small rocks he recommended that they could touch them up or, if we liked, that he could give us some spot paint to touch it up. I decided to touch it up myself and he showed us how to apply the paint. I've bought many cars from Parks Ford just because of their great service!! Keep it up! More

Excellent Service Our experience was excellent. We arrived after service hours and Donna who was working late to finish up continued to hang in with us, calling the Her Our experience was excellent. We arrived after service hours and Donna who was working late to finish up continued to hang in with us, calling the Hertz counter man who was also willing to come back in and look after us as we needed to be in Miami for the next morning. Nico was very professional in the way he understood and worked with us to get our vehicle back in action. All three people mentioned offered to stay late in order to look after us. Being from out of town (Canada) I really appreciated the level of caring and service. Crappy Customer Service, Good Car Service I've taken my car in several times to get serviced now, and not once have I had a good experience. It's the closest Ford dealer to me, and I have a ma I've taken my car in several times to get serviced now, and not once have I had a good experience. It's the closest Ford dealer to me, and I have a maintenance plan. I continue to take it here because they never have long waits unlike Brandon Ford. This place will run you in circles when you call them, and the Service Reps are NEVER there to answer your calls, especially Alan Sarne. My worst experiences were with him and Will Smith. I had Will one time, and he did not apologize for my other experiences at Parks Ford, but tried to excuse them. He also told me my car was almost ready, but I had to wait another 40 minutes before they finally brought it out, after I'd already waited an hour. To me, "almost ready" means 15 minutes or less. He finally apologized for the bad service I'd gotten when I was about to leave. This was a while back, so I don't remember 100% of the details, but those are the ones most vivid. However, at a more recent maintenance, Alan seemed annoyed to talk with me. I had a list of questions for him (around 10 or so), which I was well aware was tiring, but I asked them politely and apologized for them. They were quickly answered, but he seemed to be very annoyed to even talk to me. I just want to make sure my car is in the best shape, and I had been hearing some troubling sounds and behaviors from it, like squeaking. He also told me my torn door seal was damage, even though he didn't even take a look at it, and that I'd have to buy a new one. He said he'd get a quote for me from the parts guy before I got my car back, but I had to pester him to get the quote. It seems like he really either didn't like me or like his job. I had a problem with my flywheel, so I had to leave it overnight and get a rental, and the rental guys were awesome! They made me laugh and turned a crappy day into a not-so-crappy day. I called Alan back to ask if my car was ready, and he said it was. I said I was about 30 minutes out, and he said he'd be there to give me my car. Surprise, at 4:30, he'd already gone home by the time I got there. So the Hertz guys had trouble closing my rental ticket because he wasn't there to sign off, and I was scared I wouldn't get my key. I did, thankfully, and another Service Rep showed me to my car. I forgot his name, and he doesn't seem to be listed here or on the Parks Ford website. He told me my door seal was wear and tear after looking at it, and that it WAS covered under warranty. He was also very pleasant and sympathetic, which was far more than I got from Alan. Every subsequent call I made that had to be routed to the service desk was through Alan, and he was never there to pick up the phone. Whether that is from poor planning on Parks Ford's part to not have someone manning the phone at all times, or Alan simply never being there, I won't know. I also asked him about getting cruise control for my car, and he said it would be $500 to get it done there. Call back only a couple weeks later to find out it's $400 and they don't do cruise control. I can't trust the information he gave me because he didn't seem to care/know his stuff/bother to say "I don't know, let me look that up for you." Thanks, Parks Ford, for crappy customer service. At least you're close and don't require an appointment. I'm going to Tire Choice after I'm through with you, thank god. More

There was no problem in the first few months, Then the skipping ,the rattle started, After three visits and, only 21,500 miles had accumulated ,the problem seems to be resolved. Let's hope it is all set. More
