Dear Mr. Cole, It is very unfortunate that your Lincoln Navigator is having issues. Although you had your transmission replaced 7 months ago by another dealership out of state, your vehicle has other issues starting with the intake hoses we found taped together and the cooling fans not turning on. Each of these items can contribute to the concern of your complainant. Your transmission had no codes and these concerns needed to be repaired first, which aren't covered under warranty before we can go any further to see if there is additional issues with the transmission. Although this was your first visit to our dealership, Our Service Director paid for your towing bill and did not charge you any diagnostic fees. We understand your unhappy that your vehicle is not running properly, but we have taken all the necessary steps to properly diagnosis your vehicle. Thank you, The Parks Ford Team
