My Service Advisor was Cynthia Kraner and she really did an amazing job at taking care of me as her customer. She got me in and had my truck diagnosed super quick. Once parts arrived, they were installed an an amazing job at taking care of me as her customer. She got me in and had my truck diagnosed super quick. John truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had the entire warranty processed, new transmission delivered from the manufacture, and installed within a week and a half all while.
