Ecoboost Vibration I own a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost automatic that I purchased from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel.(One of 3 that I have bought or leased from them and quite p I own a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost automatic that I purchased from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel.(One of 3 that I have bought or leased from them and quite possibly my last at this dealer). After driving for a short time I started having what seemed to be in my estimation a driveline vibration that has made the car very unpleasant to drive at highway speeds. After taking it to the dealer where I bought the car and after a test drive they agreed that there was something going on there and I left the car at the dealer for further "testing" After testing with a machine called a "MVH4100", which I am supposed to believe can detect vibrations at highway speeds, it was determined to be "found within operating in spec at this time" Yep! That's what they said! So I guess I must have to assume that if you by a new $30,000.00 plus car it is normal if it has a bad vibration at highway speeds and you'll have to put up with it because there is nothing they can or will do because that's just the way it is. More

He did all the diagnostic testing and even called Ford directly to make sure my car was operating properly. They even washed my car! I will only go here for service. It's worth the drive from Vero Beach. More

He made sure that I was comfortable while I waited and came to find me as soon as my truck was completed. He is always professional and polite and a great job of taking care of his customers. More

Don't do it! Scheduled service. After the FIRST full day and $1400 in services, no improvement in the F150's running ability. Merry Christmas. Rescheduled service Scheduled service. Rescheduled service for ANOTHER full day with a different diagnosis ( after I probed numerous times and 7 hours of waiting). Decided not to take advantage of the suggested repair and my research tells me that the catalytic converter was still under warranty and SHOULD have been replaced at this service center. LIVID.... I was greeted by salesman Dorian Sinclair who was happy to show me the Truck he had the keys, started it up and gave me an overall narrative of new features my truck does not have. He also showed me a video about the new trailer back up feature they have come out with for backing a trailer. Dorian was friendly, knowledgeable and informative.
