In for a simple oil change. Just an oil change. My car was ready right on time. Will Smith is awesome always greets me with a big smile and knows my name. My tires are tricky and Just an oil change. Excellent Service from Will Smith! I purchased my new Ford Focus from Parks Ford a few months ago and noticed a small crack in the windshield, I immediately contacted my sales person wh I purchased my new Ford Focus from Parks Ford a few months ago and noticed a small crack in the windshield, I immediately contacted my sales person who then contacted Will Smith (Service Advisior) about this problem. Within a few days I got a call stating they ordered a new windshield for me, I loved how fast and accommodating this process was! Will would call me with updates once a month since the windshield was on back order, this helped me feel like I wasn't put on the back burner and still a relative thought. I really admire this costumer service! He was great! I would highly recommend this dealership! More

We have purchased both new and used vehicles at Parks Ford and couldn't be more impressed with the level of customer service from the Service and Sales men! I wish GM T. Mullane and Service advisor Will Smith could train all of the Tampa area service sectors on customer service! It's rare these days to be truly treated as a valued customer. Train Wreck So the dealership installs an after market clutch. Never said anything about voiding the warranty. Transmission is missing in third gear. They charge 640 dollars to "troubleshoot" the problem they created. Then they want 5300 dollars to repair the car. BTW the parts were 400 dollars so they wanted 4900 dollars for labor with technicians who have had no formal training unlike their ads say. Never ever buy a car from there. More

Always Great Service!!!!! Our service advisor, Will Smith, always tells us "don't worry we'll take care of you" and true to his word he always does. Recently I called to see if they could squeeze me in at the last minute to get an oil change because I was do for one and needed to make a road trip the next day. Without hesitation Will told me to come in and they would "take care of me" :-) . They gave me a full service oil change and I was in and out much sooner than expected. We truly appreciate the personal care and reliable service we receive at Parks! More
