Rescheduled service for ANOTHER full day with a different diagnosis ( after I probed numerous times and 7 hours of waiting). Decided not to take advantage of the suggested repair and my research tells me that the catalytic converter was still under warranty and SHOULD have been replaced at this service center. LIVID.... His attention to detail and communication are always Top Rate! Today while waiting for my oil change, I was checking out a new Truck on their lot. I was greeted by salesman Dorian Sinclair who was happy to show me the Truck he had the keys, started it up and gave me an overall narrative of new features my truck does not have. He also showed me a video about the new trailer back up feature they have come out with for backing a trailer. Dorian was friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Trust me, if you do get stuck going there keep one eye In my opinion somebody is posting all these good reviews and never dealt with this dealership. Trust me, if you do get stuck going there keep one eye on your wallet at all times. Their nicely dressed, smooth talking people are nothing more than your typical "used car" people looking to fleece you. Get this one, they put a new clutch in my car under warranty. Transmission fails, but the warranty won't cover it because it's an after market clutch they installed. They disassemble the transmission to find out the problem then want $5,300 to replace it. BTW I bought the tranny for $600.00 and put it in myself. I guess they wanted $4,700 for the ten hours of labor it took me to do it. Also, they charged me over $600.00 to tear the car apart. It ran when I brought it in and I had to have it towed out. Thanks Parks Ford for making me realize why I bought my one and only Ford and will go back to General Motors who understand what customer service really means. More

First, he took the time to update me on the maintenance agreement that I currently have. Secondly, there were some minor issues on the vehicle after the car was washed after being serviced. I notified Will and he immediately took care of the problem and the issue was resolved COMPLETELY! He kept a positive attitude with me and his demeanor was very calming. Not only was I out a truck but also had to cancel some vacation plans, because I was unable to to pull my RV. The service manager offered an insulting $250.00, a not comparable rental car, and a not very heartfelt “I am Sorry.” They felt like they were doing me a favor, by fixing my truck. Stay away from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel this was their 3rd strike with me. More
