Disappointed I purchased my vehicle from this dealership back in August of 2016 and had a wonderful experience. However, now that my vehicle has a recall due to an I purchased my vehicle from this dealership back in August of 2016 and had a wonderful experience. However, now that my vehicle has a recall due to an issue with the seat belts, I'm surprised at the lack of service and inconvenience. I work crazy hours 7-days a week and use my vehicle to visit clients 30-40 miles away. It baffles me that the dealership is not approving loaner cars while my car is being serviced. I contacted the service/maintenance director via email to see if there was any way that this can be changed. While he did offer some accommodations ($36 a day for a rental, local shuttle or "less than 2 hour service" on my vehicle) I simply don't have the time to wait two hours for this service. I could get a call in to work/see a client at any moment. I also don't believe I should have to pay for a rental for a recall service. I am just disappointed with this service at the moment, mainly because I thought highly of dealership because I really did have a great experience purchasing my vehicle. More

RV Service I have had my last RV serviced here. They did everything in a timely manor. I dealt with Will Smith who is very concerned about the customer, so when I have had my last RV serviced here. He always has a smile on and makes you feel like you want to deal with Park Ford to do the work for you. I have a couple friends that purchased auto's from them and they are also very satisfied with Parks Ford. More
