I bought my last two vehicles at Parks Ford and was very pleased with them. I have never thought about looking elsewhere. Everyone at Parks Ford, including the sales associates have been wonderful to deal with. I had originally made an appointment for service on my 2012 Fusion, but the day before, I received a call from Jay Acevado about possibly buying my Fusion back, so I made an appointment with him for the same day as my service to discuss the offer. Needless to say, I ended up buying a brand new 2016 Fusion from Jay. Jay was awesome. He showed me everything about it, and all the safety features the new Fusion has. He also had me test the safety features, so I would be comfortable with them. I love him! I don't think I could have dealt with anyone better. More
Ecoboost Vibration I own a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost automatic that I purchased from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel.(One of 3 that I have bought or leased from them and quite p I own a 2016 Mustang Ecoboost automatic that I purchased from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel.(One of 3 that I have bought or leased from them and quite possibly my last at this dealer). After driving for a short time I started having what seemed to be in my estimation a driveline vibration that has made the car very unpleasant to drive at highway speeds. After taking it to the dealer where I bought the car and after a test drive they agreed that there was something going on there and I left the car at the dealer for further "testing" After testing with a machine called a "MVH4100", which I am supposed to believe can detect vibrations at highway speeds, it was determined to be "found within operating in spec at this time" Yep! That's what they said! So I guess I must have to assume that if you by a new $30,000.00 plus car it is normal if it has a bad vibration at highway speeds and you'll have to put up with it because there is nothing they can or will do because that's just the way it is. More

He did all the diagnostic testing and even called Ford directly to make sure my car was operating properly. They even washed my car! I will only go here for service. It's worth the drive from Vero Beach. More
