Impeccable Service We came home from vacation when i got home my tire was flat. We needed the tire fixed that day as we were flying then next day. Do not stand by certified pre-owned vehicles I recently purchased a used ford fusion from parks and made an appointment for my 1st complimentary oil change. My check engine light had come on abo I recently purchased a used ford fusion from parks and made an appointment for my 1st complimentary oil change. My check engine light had come on about a week after purchasing the vehicle which I figured I would have them look at during the oil change. The person who took my reservation failed to put in the notes that I also wanted to have the check engine light looked at. So when I got to the dealer I was informed they could not look at the check engine issue since it would take too long. I was also informed I would have to pay $100 and possibly more depending on parts and labor. I thought the 172 point inspection would have diagnosed a sensor issue and the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty would cover such issue. Not at all. They were happy to schedule another appointment for me to come in which I live 45 minutes away but of course I would have to pay when I feel this issue should have been covered or diagnosed during the inspection. The service department was not very apologetic for not having my service appointment correct to begin with and did not seem to care at all about the check engine light from the vehicle I purchased from their dealership. I will not go back to Parks Ford for any type of service issue in the future. Very disappointed at the way the my first visit to the service center went. More
