Service department and management Social department removed all my reviews from their FB page. The page is screened and I am blocked from commenting or leaving reviews. Zero stars!! Vehicle under warranty brought in for AC issue. Service said it was fine but the compressor was cycling. Bring it back out of warranty and all of a sudden they find it yet I have to pay. ****do not go to Parks Ford**** They say manufacture defect yet it’s not covered?? They knew it all along. Brand new Ford blowing hot air for 3 years and now they find it. So pissed. ******* Had to pay $100 due to service techs that are unable to identify an issue/lack of training!! Hopefully Parks Ford does the right thing and refunds the money!! ****** More

He has always displayed true professionalism and caring for the customer. There has never once been a problem with the service performed on the vehicle . it has always been a seamless process , ready for pick up when promised and the work completed as promised. Would not consider taking my vehicle any place else. More

Great Dealership I purchased a new Explorer from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel in 2015. They made the entire experience a pleasure. I've been using their service cente I purchased a new Explorer from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel in 2015. They made the entire experience a pleasure. I've been using their service center for my service needs since and they have always done a very good job. Yesterday I brought my Explorer in for another routine service. Brett Rumford was my Service Advisor. Brett did a great job! He has excellent customer relations skills and follow-through. He is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful and pleasant. I can recommend Parks Ford without reservation. More

Thank you David Sanchez we bought a new Ford F 150 and wanted a new tunnel cover for it . David oreded it for us and called when it came in to set up a time to put it on. First Visit to Parks Ford I visited Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel this week (Tuesday, June 26, 2018). I originally called on the phone and spoke with Donna Grenke and Jeff Wilde I visited Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel this week (Tuesday, June 26, 2018). I originally called on the phone and spoke with Donna Grenke and Jeff Wilder. Donna was so wonderful and very pleasant. She transferred me to Jeff Wilder who greatly assisted me. During my visit to get a key made and general check-up for my 2005 Ford 500 (oil check, fluids, tire pressure, etc.), the crew I spoke and worked with could not have been more helpful. I worked with David Sanchez, Joe Bolin and Byron (don't remember last name). These guys were so nice and really took the time to explain what was going on and just being informative on my car and other issues I had questions about. I was thoroughly impressed with David Sanchez, Joe Bolin, Jeff Wilder, Byron and especially Donna Grenke. Great crew. They made my visit to Parks Ford very pleasant.
