BREAK FLUID WAS CONTAMINATED DURING FLUSH !! (Mustang 2016) In August of 2018, Parks performed a break flush when I complained about the break pedal being too hard. The issue was not fixed 100%. I went back in April 2019 for a HUB replacement and only mentioned to someone, the issue was not resolved. They said to get new break pads. A month later In May 2019, Tires Plus discovered a black substance in the reservoir and referred me to another Ford Dealer in Dade City. They confirmed the break fluid had been contaminated with an unknown BLACK substance. After talking to their Manager and their Foreman, they could not find anything mechanically wrong with the car that they could attribute it to. In June 16th, I emailed a letter to Ellis Adams, service manager, with 11 documents, including pictures, reports from Ford and Tires Plus, repair cost ($956) and a letter asking to reimburse me for the repair. Ellis indicated they were not responsible for this. He claims too much time elapsed and pointed the finger at someone else. You can check the vin# and see that every repair has been done at Parks Ford. When I insisted in talking to the GM and escalating it with leaving voicemails at Mr Terry Mullane, GM, they stopped all communications. I called Ford, Corporation, they did a 3 way call with me and their Foreman, again, denying any involvement. He asked me to bring in the reservoir to send it to the lab for analyzing the substance. The Truck had been in their shop in late August prior to repair the Timing chain tensioners. Just 5 weeks later it needed Timing chain repair yet again. Once again we stressed that we relied on the vehicle to transport a mobility device and asked for a workable timeline. in any event, the requested day and time for pick up were not met, causing us difficulty in arranging an airport pick up. Six days after pickup, my son noticed scratches on the drivers side front fender and hood. This was brought to The Service managers attention. He took pictures and advised he would consult with his Body shop. We haven't heard a word back since despite calling and requesting a call back. DONE WITH FORD> More

Best Service Experience I've Ever Had!!! I have been buying and servicing my Fords since 1993 and this was HANDS DOWN... THE BEST service experience I have ever had. Trevaris Glass aka Tre I have been buying and servicing my Fords since 1993 and this was HANDS DOWN... THE BEST service experience I have ever had. Trevaris Glass aka Trey was absolutely exceptional with a very customer first attitude and a great personality. From being greeted as I first drove in to the service lane to the moment I drove out, everyone here was super professional and extremely teamwork oriented. Really loved the Secret Service style headpieces for quick and stealthy communication between everyone and how fast they had a rental vehicle ready for me. Also appreciated that Trey had them plug in our C-Max Energi in one of their chargers so that it was 100% charged up when I arrived to pick it up. Classy!!! I was so impressed with my experience that I even took time to meet their Service Director, Ellis Adams, and thank him for leading such a well run crew! Made my new Ford Transit Connect look like New again Early morning trip to the airport, hardly any traffic and I am on time and traveling in the lane that I need to be in to turn off to the airport. Idiot driver speeds past me on the driver's side and cuts in front of me. He cuts in to quickly and hits my front left bumper. No reason for him to do this. No one is in competition with him because No One else is in front of me in my lane. I just bought this van. He speeds off and leaves me. I took the airport exit. Went to Parks Ford to have the damage assessed and repaired. the Service Advisor Trevaris Glass helped me. Right then he had the repair fixed. It looks like the new vehicle that it is. He was friendly, professioal and extremely helpful. Thank you Trevaris. I highly recommend Parks Ford Service. They hired a GOOD ONE and that is what makes the dealership great! More

My husband dropped off our 2017 Mustang because the rear of the car was extremely unstab Another visit to Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel on 05/04/2019. My husband dropped off our 2017 Mustang because the rear of the car was extremely unstable. We were concerned it might be the tires we just had them install. After the service department looked into the problem they discovered it was to totally different problem. When we purchased the vehicle from another Ford dealership they told us their service department had completed many upgrades to the car. The car has always been a little twitchy since we bought it but we thought that was normal. Come to find out with Parks service departments help it was determined one of the suspension upgrades was done sub-par. This created a cascading problem. After Parks corrected the problem with the suspension and other problems it created my car rides better than it ever has. I couldn't be happier with the service I've gotten from Parks Ford. Everyone from Destin, the service techs that diagnosed and fixed my baby and everyone in between..... Thank you! You all Rock! More
