Do not stand by certified pre-owned vehicles I recently purchased a used ford fusion from parks and made an appointment for my 1st complimentary oil change. My check engine light had come on abo I recently purchased a used ford fusion from parks and made an appointment for my 1st complimentary oil change. My check engine light had come on about a week after purchasing the vehicle which I figured I would have them look at during the oil change. The person who took my reservation failed to put in the notes that I also wanted to have the check engine light looked at. So when I got to the dealer I was informed they could not look at the check engine issue since it would take too long. I was also informed I would have to pay $100 and possibly more depending on parts and labor. I thought the 172 point inspection would have diagnosed a sensor issue and the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty would cover such issue. Not at all. They were happy to schedule another appointment for me to come in which I live 45 minutes away but of course I would have to pay when I feel this issue should have been covered or diagnosed during the inspection. The service department was not very apologetic for not having my service appointment correct to begin with and did not seem to care at all about the check engine light from the vehicle I purchased from their dealership. I will not go back to Parks Ford for any type of service issue in the future. Very disappointed at the way the my first visit to the service center went. More

Disappointed I purchased my vehicle from this dealership back in August of 2016 and had a wonderful experience. However, now that my vehicle has a recall due to an I purchased my vehicle from this dealership back in August of 2016 and had a wonderful experience. However, now that my vehicle has a recall due to an issue with the seat belts, I'm surprised at the lack of service and inconvenience. I work crazy hours 7-days a week and use my vehicle to visit clients 30-40 miles away. It baffles me that the dealership is not approving loaner cars while my car is being serviced. I contacted the service/maintenance director via email to see if there was any way that this can be changed. While he did offer some accommodations ($36 a day for a rental, local shuttle or "less than 2 hour service" on my vehicle) I simply don't have the time to wait two hours for this service. I could get a call in to work/see a client at any moment. I also don't believe I should have to pay for a rental for a recall service. I am just disappointed with this service at the moment, mainly because I thought highly of dealership because I really did have a great experience purchasing my vehicle. More

RV Service I have had my last RV serviced here. They did everything in a timely manor. I dealt with Will Smith who is very concerned about the customer, so when I have had my last RV serviced here. They did everything in a timely manor. I dealt with Will Smith who is very concerned about the customer, so when I needed service on my newer RV I also dealt with Mr. Smith. He always has a smile on and makes you feel like you want to deal with Park Ford to do the work for you. I have a couple friends that purchased auto's from them and they are also very satisfied with Parks Ford. More

Even when I know he is busy, he takes the time to make sure he has reviewed all I need done each trip.
