I was very satisfied with my service at Parks Ford. I have always bought my cars there and taken them back for service there too. Our family has bought several cars here, but service is the worst. Playing games with pricing and when we said no to the service quote the came back with a lower price which was still robbery. We had all the work done for $2000 elsewhere instead of paying $6339.16!!!!! Never again will we go back. Look at other reviews..... FRAUD More

I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in for Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a technician got to my vehicle but I would only get in the cue to have my vehicle if I left it for 1 week. If I didn't leave my vehicle, they would not work on it in the when it was my turn. Who operates a business where you make a customer leave a vehicle for a week before you are even going to start working on it. I have had some great experiences with many Ford Dealers before but I will never do business with this one and I hope Ford Motor company does something about this to correct them hurting the brand. More
