Our family has bought several cars here, but service is the worst. Playing games with pricing and when we said no to the service quote the came back with a lower price which was still robbery. I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in for Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a technician got to my vehicle but I would only get in the cue to have my vehicle if I left it for 1 week. If I didn't leave my vehicle, they would not work on it in the when it was my turn. Who operates a business where you make a customer leave a vehicle for a week before you are even going to start working on it. I have had some great experiences with many Ford Dealers before but I will never do business with this one and I hope Ford Motor company does something about this to correct them hurting the brand. More

I receive great service from staff that know me and work with me to maintain my car in top shape. I am treated with respect and I trust them.
