John Kidd did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my Ford Edge. I was having issues with the sync system and other technological systems and they diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. Even though it takes me more than an hour to get to the dealership, I don’t ever go anywhere else, but Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel. I’m on my third Mustang, all of them purchased at this dealership. horrible return calls, service out the door turned from worst to even more worst. never go thru this again. After i left my vehicle died 3xs. when i tried calling them no one would return my calls until a worst to even more worst. never go thru this again. John Kidd recently assisted with getting my vehicle serviced, and I could not have had a better experience. I needed service done, and it took multiple days to find the issue and John was 1)Honest 2)tr serviced, and I could not have had a better experience. I needed service done, and it took multiple days to find the issue and John was 1)Honest 2)transparent and 3) accommodating throughout the entire time. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks, and John made sure I was updated on the status of the parts that needed to be ordered and he made sure I had a rental car for the times I needed it throughout the 2 week period. I hope that everyone gets the pleasure to have John when they go to Parks Ford, and will be recommending people to go to Parks for John's service and customer focus. I will be requesting for John for any/all future service needs in the future. More

On 8/11 shortly after 5:00PM I pulled into the dealership with a corroded circuit-breaker and a bad battery. I was greeted by DESTIN LAQUERRE, Service Advisor. After we discussed/viewed the problem he mentio with a corroded circuit-breaker and a bad battery. I was greeted by DESTIN LAQUERRE, Service Advisor. After we discussed/viewed the problem he mentioned the dept closed at 6:00Pm but if they had the parts he would see what he could do. At 5:45PM I was on my way home FIXED! Now that's service!!
