I scheduled an appointment to bring my vehicle in for Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a Multiple warranty repairs. They booked me 3 weeks out. Then the day before bringing it in they called me to let me know it would be 1 week before a technician got to my vehicle but I would only get in the cue to have my vehicle if I left it for 1 week. If I didn't leave my vehicle, they would not work on it in the when it was my turn. Who operates a business where you make a customer leave a vehicle for a week before you are even going to start working on it. I have had some great experiences with many Ford Dealers before but I will never do business with this one and I hope Ford Motor company does something about this to correct them hurting the brand. More

The service department at Parks Ford is deceptive and predatory. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I took my car in for service, and the repair estimate was $189 on the intake form. They had me sign the intake form which stated that I didn't need a written estimate if REPAIRS did not exceed $469. I was then told that repairs would be over $1000, and when I asked about the parts and labor breakdown, I was told the part was over $500; I found the same MotorCraft (Ford) part at an auto parts store for $162. Then I was told that replacing that part might not fix the problem and an additional $1300 repair would be necessary. Needless to say, I did not have them do the repairs. Also, they informed me that the so-called diagnostics charge would not be included in the total repair costs, although there was NOTHING in the intake form that disclosed the separate diagnostic costs; it only showed estimate of REPAIRS.
