My service advisor was Cynthia. She was outstanding, professional and friendly. I had scheduled at least two weeks prior to December 28 for a diagnostic on my car. I was not informed initially that the car would be in the shop up to 48 hours. The service advisor did provide a loaner car at no cost (when I asked). I understand the delay in getting the work done, but should have been notified when scheduling an appointment. More

Exceptional Service at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel! On June 30th 2023, I purchased a Ford F250 to tow a 37’ RV camper. My wife and I decided to live full-time in the RV camper and the F250 truck was c On June 30th 2023, I purchased a Ford F250 to tow a 37’ RV camper. My wife and I decided to live full-time in the RV camper and the F250 truck was critical to handle the towing requirement safely. Shortly after completing the purchase, we were devastated to learn Ford issued a recall in August for the left rear axle of the truck. Initially, Ford stated the parts would not be available until 1Q24 which would prevent us from living our dream. We are so grateful to the Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel team who stepped in to coordinate with Ford Corporation and get the parts expedited much sooner than was stated. A special thanks goes to: Ellis Adam - Parts and Service Director, Jeff Wilder - Parts Manager, Destin Laquerre – Service Manager, David Hoff – Shop Foreman, Tara Dyal – Service Advisor, and Tanner Bianchi – Product Consultant. We were very impressed with the level of personal commitment and service we received at Parks Ford. From the moment I called to explain our concerns and how the recall impacted our life plans, every staff member was friendly, helpful, and showed a dedicated commitment uncommon in most dealerships to solve our dilemma. When I brought my vehicle in for the repair, I was greeted promptly by EVERY TEAM member at 7:30 AM in the morning. The team assured me special care would be provided including oversight of the repair by David the Shop Foreman. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the special care we received at Parks Ford. The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. They made the recall process easy and stress-free. Anyone looking to purchase a Ford product or have their vehicle serviced would do well to contact Parks Ford for their needs.
