I wanted to take a few minutes out of my day to recognize Marc Calo in the service dept. for his interaction with me at Parks Ford service. Marc was the lucky one to hear my frustration with how things were going, and he jumped right in to help, He was polite , helpful, and professional. I was not his issue buy he went above and beyond to take care of me and exceed expectations . I have been in the business for over 20 years and it is very hard to find people that want to go the extra mile. Marc is an asset to your company. My wife an I have brought our Ford to Parks a few times now and I can tell you that I will be asking for Marc the next time we bring one of our vehicles in for service. I strongly recommend being very clear with this dealer when dropping off a car for service. Typically, dealerships contact the car owner to confirm any needed services before proceeding, but this was not when dropping off a car for service. Typically, dealerships contact the car owner to confirm any needed services before proceeding, but this was not the case here. While they did seek approval for some services, they went ahead and performed an additional service that was deemed “necessary” at 29k miles without obtaining authorization first. When I reached out to inquire, they claimed that the person who dropped off the car (my 73-year-old father-in-law) had authorized the service. It feels like they took advantage of the situation. I ended up paying $500 for a service I never approved, and frankly, with only 29k miles on the car, all it really needed was an oil change. I won’t be returning to this dealership for any future service. Make sure you communicate clearly to avoid any misunderstandings. More
Bought our Bronco 2022, since it has had four recalls. The first few this dealership was kind and helpful to repair, also quick and efficient. But currently left Bronco with dealership for two and a half weeks and over and over told they were short staffed, so my Bronco tech was taken and then moved to another car to service. Not only is this u acceptable, but also bad customer service. I brought my vehicle in on a Monday: no one touched it until the following Thursday. Then ordered the wrong water pump, and had to wait even longer for new part to come in. New part came in on a Monday and I was told Tuesday mid day the bronco would be done. Then Tuesday am told no.. it would be done the following day. I promptly came to the dealership at 9am- knowing we were told the bronco would be completed before noon, and now the vehicle will not be done until 4-430pm. Sat at dealership from 9am -4pm. Because of lack of technicians or whatever the details I was not told about is completely obnoxious. Such poor service overall. Extremely disappointed and will never come to this dealership ever again. Please do not come here if you expect a timely repair on a factory problem. Might I also add this repair was not needed from a accident: these were from FORD recall and factory malfunctions. More

Second time dealing with these people. Screw job both times. Hidden fees at purchase I had to have removed. Now took car in for service, tried to charge me 9000 for new transmission, need Screw job both times. Hidden fees at purchase I had to have removed. Now took car in for service, tried to charge me 9000 for new transmission, need a torque converter. $1200 repair. Charged me $600 to plug a diagnostic tool into my cars port and took 4 days to do it. Would NOT recommend having service here. More
