Great experience with oil and filter change. I was told my battery tested weak and I needed a new battery. Ricky took care of getting it done fast. Everyone is nice. Major drawback is the time it takes to execute a sale. The sales associate leaves you sitting at a table to do tasks like bring offers to the manager Major drawback is the time it takes to execute a sale. The sales associate leaves you sitting at a table to do tasks like bring offers to the manager, run the credit app, etc… I was left waiting about 15 minutes each time they walked away. It took over 3 hours just to negotiate and run a credit app and take a deposit. From a buying perspective, Carmax and bmw are much more customer friendly and efficient. In the end I was able to score a deal but despite them not even being busy that day it took forever! More
