Last week I(with my wife) purchased a 2012 Fiesta. Our decision to trade that day was totally influenced by the knowledgeable salemanship and the internet communication by Will Bozeman. Also we would give honorable mention to Duber Garzon (Business Manager).We appreciated his friendly,expert no hassle credit research and arrangement. My wife and I will certainly reccommend this sales team at Parks Ford. My wife has already received several positive parking lot comments about our "Cute Little Fiesta". We had no idea we would be leaving the dealership with a different vehicle. Kevin was very convencing that we would be better off in our new 2010 Fusion. In the past I have had good dealing with this dealer, and I have bought 3 cars there. But for an oil change, i was disappointed, twice. The first time I left the truck, they did the oil change and told me I have bought 3 cars there. But for an oil change, i was disappointed, twice. The first time I left the truck, they did the oil change and told me they would top off my exhaust. fluid. They did not do the exhaust fluid, and two days later the alarm went off saying I was low. This time I waited for the truck. It took close to an hour in the shop. I find that ridiculous when they know the customer is waiting. If Jerrys Quick Lube can run me through in 15-20 minutes, do a good job, and sell me quality oil and filters, why cant my Ford dealer where I prefer to get the work done? So in this case they are not cheaper, better, or faster! THere is room for improvement in this area. More

From the start to finish of purchasing our new Explorer the customer service was of the highest quality. Nothing was too much trouble for him throughout the process. He was by far the best salesperson we dealt with in our car buying process which involved visiting several different car dealers. All the personnel we dealt with went out of their way to be helpful to my wife and I and even the touchy process of negotiating the price was handled very professionally and with a bias toward the customer we felt. Frank Lacey came out to great us as soon as my wife and I arrived at the dealership. We discussed our desire to look at a 2012 Ford Explorer with a pecan leather interior. He knew just where such a vehicle w arrived at the dealership. We discussed our desire to look at a 2012 Ford Explorer with a pecan leather interior. He knew just where such a vehicle was on their new car lot and we were off and test driving it within minutes. We also asked about the 2012 Ford Edge and the differences between the two vehicles. Frank explained in detail the comparative differences and took us to an Edge with the color combination that we wanted. After a test drive of the 2012 Edge Limited, we decided that was was we wanted. Frank then worked with us to negotiate a trade-in price for our vehicle and very efficiently helped us through the initial paper work. He then introduced us to the Business Manager, Duber Garzon, who assisted us with the remainder of the documentation. Throughout the entire sales transaction Frank was extremely helpful and highly professional including a very thorough demonstration of all the electronic features the Edge offers.
