Will was excellent to work with. He was very friendly, professional and fair. He took the time to show me multiple options to be sure I made the right choice for me. I am very pleased with my experience and will recommend Will and Parks Ford to others. Paul was great on the financing side as well. Easy going and great sense of humor. Very clear and up front on all available options. More
Ricky did a great job working with me to make the process simple and easy. He worked with me to make the process easy and spent very little time at the dealership. simple and easy. He worked with me to make the process easy and spent very little time at the dealership. More
This was one of the best experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. We were able to go through the used car department with the sales person, after not liking the vehicle we went there to see. He was patient and helped us find something in our budget that we liked and the purchase was seamless. There was no back and forth with the manager, we made our offer and it was accepted. We were happy and the transaction went quickly. I'd recommend Parks Ford to anyone. More
I started purchasing at this dealership in 2004 when I moved to Tampa. Well, after many referrals later, my referrals and I have purchased and serviced over 25 vehicles. If that doesn't speak volumes, I moved to Tampa. Well, after many referrals later, my referrals and I have purchased and serviced over 25 vehicles. If that doesn't speak volumes, I don't know what does. Yesterday, we brought home a new 2012 Explorer...the perfect Valentine's gift for my wife. She loves it! What I love, is of course the vehicle(s), but also the working relationship of the best sales consultant ever, Frank Lacey. He and his GM, Rich Dearborn, make the car buying experience a pleasurable one. As far as the service department, it is top notch with the team of Alan Sarne & Bob Weinstock. When it comes to service, they are the best in the business! In my mind, my friends and family will think of one place and one place only when in need of purchasing a car or truck. That place is Park's Ford! Take it from me, ask for Frank! More
My Ford F150 is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. Both deals were very good and we have been very satisfied with the purchases. The first was a Freestare van that we had for 6 years. T this dealer. Both deals were very good and we have been very satisfied with the purchases. The first was a Freestare van that we had for 6 years. The service over the years was exceptional and the service rep that I worked with, Alen Sarne always took care of every thing that I needed. I feel very confident that I will have the same experienc with my new F150. The sales rep that we worked with, Frank Lacey, was very good at explaining the F150 to us and was a big help in making our decision to buy the F150. I would most certainly recommend this dealership. I brought my mother's Ford Freestar into the dealer for an oil change and because it was running rough in the latter part of December. The service department misdiagnosed the problem, and almost left me s an oil change and because it was running rough in the latter part of December. The service department misdiagnosed the problem, and almost left me stranded on the road when the problem wasn't fixed. I brought the vehicle back and had the problem fixed. The next day, at work, the car wouldn't start when it was time for me to go home. I had to get someone to jump start it and I took it home. It would not start again. I called the service department, and Brent told me to get someone to get it started and bring it up there. Since I was a little upset, I told him he could send someone to jump start it. He agreed to a date and time, and promised to call me the day before to confirm. I never got a call and no one showed up. After paying someone on my own to jump start the car, I brought it in. Brent told me he tried to call me (he had my mother's old phone number in the system). Well, he didn't. I have my mother's phone (she is deceased). No one called either the day to confirm or the day he was supposed to show up. Turns out that the battery was bad. Fine. I bought a new battery. I got home with the car. Later that day I went out to use it to go to the grocery store. NONE of the electronic doors or lift gates were functioning. I took another trip to the dealer the next day and was told that they "cleared" a code, and now the doors were functioning. They want to charge me $100 an hour until they find the short that is somewhere in the system causing the problem. The car is a 2005, and isn't worth a terrible lot. I'm not going to keep throwing money at it. My main frustration is that before I fixed the car the first time, I asked for a price of what they would offer me. They offered my $4000. I have now put in almost another $2000 in repairs, and yesterday they offered me $3300. It's been less than 2 months since the first offer, I've fixed what they would have had to fix to sell it and there is only maybe another 500 miles on it since they offered the $4000. Having researched this vehicle on the internet, and because of the trouble that I have had with this dealership, I would like someone to call me and make a fair offer on this vehicle. I'm thinking more like $8000. 2005 Ford Freestar, less than 76,500 miles on it. More
We had a great experience with Parks Ford. They worked with us on everything, and we got a great car to boot. Rick Pritzlaff was wonderful to work with and very easy going. Duber Garzon helped us get our financing in order and worked with us on everything. We were lucky to work with him. Will Bozeman was easy to work with. We had to drive up from St Petersburg, got caught in rush hour traffic, and we arrived really late. He was super patient with us and stayed late with no problem. This purchase was definitely worth the drive! Thanks! And we're really happy with our Taurus X! More
I have been a service customer of this dealership for the last 5 years. I used to bounce around to whichever dealership was near my travels when I need service, but not any more. This dealerships service dep last 5 years. I used to bounce around to whichever dealership was near my travels when I need service, but not any more. This dealerships service department, and my service consultant Alan have treated me so well, and so fairly, that they do all my service. The necessary repairs, and prices are explained in advance, and I've never experienced any surprise repairs, or add on charges. When I have a question or concerns and I'm on the road, I call Alan, or if he's not in, someone else from service listens and advises me on what I need to do. Today I came in for a major sevice, Alan jumped right on it, they gave me a rental and the car/truck was in and out about 20 minutes earlier than estimated. More

I have always been pleased to work with Frank Lacey....my husband and my son have also purchased vehicles from him and were also complimentary. Frank is courteous, conscientious, and does not push the sale. husband and my son have also purchased vehicles from him and were also complimentary. Frank is courteous, conscientious, and does not push the sale. He is realistic about finances and he does as much "prep" work as possible through phone calls, e-mail, etc. This saves time because when the appointment arrives, we all have had time to think about what we want, what is available, and what to expect about the financial aspect. He always answers responds promptly to phone calls / e-mails. Frank Lacey is definitely an asset to the dealership. More
