Frank Lacey greeted us when we arrived at the dealership. We were interested in buying a new car but didn't know which one. Frank is a very low key, no pressure type of sales person. He went back and forth several times getting us keys to all the cars we wanted to look at, no problem. We went for a test drive and we hardly knew he was in the back seat, allowing us to experience the car without pressure. When we decided on the car, he made the deal quickly and sat and visited with us while we were waiting for financing instead of taking off and leaving us sitting there. He answered all of our questions and after the purchase, followed up with a phone call thanking us for our business, which was nice in today's world of mostly poor customer service. Duber was great too, very friendly and explained and showed us what option would be best for the extended warranty if we wanted it. Again, we didn't feel pressured to buy something we didn't need. All in all and excellent experience. We have only had the car a couple of days so we will see how it goes! More
Will at Parks Ford was very helpful in both educating me on my Focus and offering multiple options in vehicle packages and outlining their differences. I would recommend putting in some time researching yourself before coming to the dealership so you know exactly the questions to ask, because they will have all the answers you need! More

A CANADIAN IN NEED OF HELP!WHILE IN THE WESLEY CHAPLE AREA FOR THE WINTER I WAS IN NEED OF SERVICE FOR MY 2010 ESCAPE.I WENT TO PARKS FORD AND ON ARRIVAL I WAS GREETED BY SERVIC AVISOR MICHAEL ABATI.HE L AREA FOR THE WINTER I WAS IN NEED OF SERVICE FOR MY 2010 ESCAPE.I WENT TO PARKS FORD AND ON ARRIVAL I WAS GREETED BY SERVIC AVISOR MICHAEL ABATI.HE LISTENED AS I EXPLAINED MY CONCERNS AND WE MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO LEAVE MY VEHICLE WITH THEM.WHEN I BROUGHT THE VEHICLE BACK MICHAEL GREETED ME BY NAME AND CONTINUED TO DO SO THROUGH ALL OUR DEALINGS.THE PROBLEM WAS DELT WITH BUT IN DOING SO ANOTHER PROBLEM I WAS NOT AWARE OF WAS FOUND AND MICHAEL OFFERED ME A CAR TO USE WHILE THE NEW MUCH LARGER PROBLEM WAS DELT WITH.GETTING THINGS SORTED OUT ,PARTS TOGETHER ECT. TOOK THE BEST PART OF NINE DAYS ALL THE WHILE MICHAEL KEPT ME UP TO-DATE. WHEN THE WORK WAS FINISHED I RETURNED TO PARKS FORD RETURNED THE HERTZ CAR TO RYAN McCALL AND MICHAEL EXPLAINED WHAT HAD BEEN DONE AND I WAS SENT ON MY WAY WITH A CLEAN FRESHLEY WASHED VEHICLE . He was courteous, highly knowledgeable, a good listener and far more interested in meeting our needs than pressuring us to buy - in fact, there was no pressure. We had previously done fact-finding at 7 other car dealerships - so we know we received solid value on both our trade in and the price of the vehicle we bought. I would highly recommend Frank Lacey and Parks Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

We recently visited Parks to purchase a new car. It was our good fortune to work with Ron Garland, who put his great experience to work to help us find the right vehicle. Ron was very patient as we (particularly me) wanted to look more closely at different models, comparing the features. He presented several different scenarios which helped us make a well thought out decision. While I was excited that we were getting a new car, I was dreading the expected pressure. Turned out that wasn't the situation at all - Ron respected our deliberations and was very encouraging. Also a great word for your Receptionist - Ms. Sanford juggled calls and always seemed to know who was where at any given time (we were seated at the table in front of her). We also worked with Duber who was very friendly. We weren't so happy about the 19% finance rate offered, but fortunately we had a voucher from the credit union for the loan with a rate under 6%. We love the new Ford Focus and happy that we were able to "buy American" and start what we think will be a great relationship with the Parks Ford dealership. More
