I don't like cars. I don't like buying cars. There really isn't much I like about cars but mostly I don't like buying cars. I have to admit that this was one of the best new car shopping events I've experienced. And, at my "retired" age, I've had a few. George was an extremely experienced salesperson. He knew the vehicle and was able to fully explain its features. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the car, my trade and the issues regarding the financing. As with most purchases of this magnitude, there is often snags when it comes to making the deal work, George brought in Sean to help us get over the humps. My husband and I had an appointment setup to see Will Bozeman at 2pm unfortunately Will was with another customer. Ron Garland stepped in to assist us and he was GREAT!! Ron never let us just sit and wait by ourselves he was always there having conversation as well as assisting other customers when he could (we were there for 5 1/2 hours). Ron went over every aspect of the car and was very very informative. My husband and I left there having no questions to be asked and very satisfied. Jason Andrezejewski was the sales rep who helped us pick out and drive away in our new Escape. Jason was extremely helpful and spent a significant amount of time taking us through our decision. We decided on a lease of an Escape but due to Jason's hard work and help we plan on returning in about a year to purchase an Explorer. More
I enquired about a new affordable Ford car as my old car (FORD FOCUS 2005) was being serviced & Mr. Lacey was extremely patient in explaining all I should know about the 2012 vehicles. He showe me several vehicles & then took a car out i.e. Ford Fiesta. I enjoyed the smooth ride & features of the vehicle which again he explained in detail. I also had the opportunity to drive the vehicle. Mr Lacey went beyond the call of duty to assist in this sale and advantages of the 2012 Fiesta. He managed professionally the transfer of my 2005 vehicle and all paper work amazingly effiently.I probably would not have purchased this car today but he was so helpful with transferring my ford focus & advantages of having this new Ford Fiestabvehicle. Mr Lacey showed & expained all new parts of the vehicle and how to work them followed up with saying I could return or call with any questions or further demonstration if need be.. Downloaded my phone #'s & just made this tranction go so smoothly. Mr Garzon managed the paper work for finances explaining in detail monthly fees and interest and advantages of coverage for repairs on vehicle. Also all the advantages of this and scotch guard which I did purchase because of the thorough explanation by Mr. Lacey & then reinforced by Mr. Garazon. Price: I was extremely satisfied with assitance by Mr Lacey who was able to negotiate a fair or better than fair trade in for my 2005 vehicle after speaking with his supervisor Both men answered every one of my questions pertaining to the new vehicle function & financing that I could understand. The paper work was completed in a timely manner. Extreme professionalism by these 2 staff members. I would definitely recommend friends and relatives to your dealership. I went into the dealership not expecting to make a purchase, just wanted to look at 2012 Flex models. Service was so helpful I ended up buying that day. We originally went to Brandon Ford seeking the 'volume dealership.' We were pleasantly surprised to see how good the Parks Wesley Chapel Dealership was. I plan on making all future purchases with Parks. I also stopped by the maintenance department briefly the following day to pick up my tag. The maintenance team seems very efficient as well. More

Mr. Garland is the type of car salesman that provides all the relevant and accurate information about the vehicle in a simple and easy to understand without appearing condescending. He answered all my questions with accuracy and consistency when asked the same by my son. Buying a vehicle can be a stressful experience if you end up with a salesman who wishes to be someplace else. Even worst when your dealer tries to sell you something they want to get rid of. Mr. Garland makes you feel welcome and treat you with great respect, and leave you with the feeling he wants you to be happy with whichever vehicle you buy because you like it and it's the best fit for your need. Calling me back to check how the car was working and if I had any issues a couple of days after the purchase was a nice touch, showing he follows up after the sale for customer satisfaction even still. The man is a blessing and I hope he continues to be a successful car salesman so many others have the chance to experience quality service like I did. More
