In the past 7 years I have bought or assisted family members in buying six new cars from six different dealerships, and I am pleased to say that my recent buying experience at Parks Ford of Wesley Chape members in buying six new cars from six different dealerships, and I am pleased to say that my recent buying experience at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel was by far the most relaxed and efficient experience ever. It started with Andy Wright, who was exactly what I have always wanted from a sales rep. A person who listens to what I want, and is honest about what they can or can not do. Andy did not sell me a car so much as he sold me on himself. He made the whole buying experience relaxing, with no pressure. He was truly a person you enjoyed meeting and talking with. Past experiences have left me frustrated and stressed with a sales person giving me the very "best deal" possible, only to have the manager intervene with a better price before I could leave. I've had the sales person ask me what i wanted my monthly payment to be as a starting point of negotiations. With Mr. Wright, he gave me a price, I countered with what I considered a fair deal, we shook hands, deal done. No game playing, no manager intervention. At that moment I was buying a car from Mr. Wright because it felt right and fair, and hassle free. Next, was the dreaded memories of dealing with finance trying to push service packages, insurances, etc. At Parks I met with Duber Garzon, and again, I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and professional attitude of Mr. Garzon, who accepted my "I am not interested" responses cheerfully, and the process was completed again with no stress, frustration, or a feeling that I was being manipulated into something that I did not want. Great job and kudos to Duber and Andy, who are an asset to Parks, and I would definitely come back, and refer Parks to my family and friends. Oh, it should be noted also that Andy Wright was meticulous in going over all of the accessories and gadgets so that I left feeling very confident that I knew how to operate my new purchase. More
