I did look at other makes and models when shopping for this vehicle. I also looked at a Fusion at another dealership. The dealership was closer to my house. It seemed that the sales associates did not know their product and just wanted the sale. Frank Lacey was extremely friendly and polite. He even laughed at my bad jokes. Frank Lacey kept checking in on us as we waited for the "numbers to be run," and didn't just let us sit there wondering. I would recommend Frank Lacey to anybody looking for a new vehicle. Our finance guy was Paul Stokes. He was very helpful in assisting us in making an informed decision on which path we should go. His knowledge of the products available and his ability to tell us which interest rate with the available incentives would be better for us was truly helpful.
