I didn't arrive at the dealership until 3 PM on a Sunday and I was home with my new truck before 6. The people at Parks Ford are the upmost professionals. We only stopped by to see what new or used cars were on the lot as we were thinking of getting a newer model Ford to leave in Florida. We return to Canada each spring.Frank was friendly,courteous,knowledga the lot as we were thinking of getting a newer model Ford to leave in Florida. We return to Canada each spring.Frank was friendly,courteous,knowledgable with a sense of humour !!! Quickly, he had a car for us ---a Buick !!! Before we had lunch or coffee break, we had a car !!! Frank looked after us without being pushy and even quickly helped arrange insurance too. All the staff were courteous,helpful and friendly---the lady on the front desk kindly offered a snack bar too.The financial officer ( Mr. Gurzon,I believe )was also courteous and helpful. The only negative comment we might make was that upon driving away, we realized the gas tank was only 1/4 full !! Whoops, that did not make us too happy but we did not want to cross the lanes of highway again. When Frank called the next day we told him we were disappointed about the fuel level and he assured us that we would get another free oil change when we return late this year to Florida !! Approximately three weeks ago my wife and I started a search to purchase an auto. We visited six dealers on Rte. 54 including Heritage. Visited four dealers in Brandon and three on Nebraska Ave. Searc search to purchase an auto. We visited six dealers on Rte. 54 including Heritage. Visited four dealers in Brandon and three on Nebraska Ave. Searched the internet and ddecided on an American Ford Fusion. When we returned to Heritage we had a price quote from Elder Ford and a Consumer's Report. We had plans to re-visit Brandan and Elder again but George Dybowski changed our plan. We took a road test and he thoroughly and patiently explained the merits of the Fusion. We found him to be very professional without exerting any pressure. He offered us a reasonable deal which after deliberation we agreed upon. Helped us with the paperwork including the loan application and his courtesy continued until we drove off in our new Fusion. George made all of this a very comforting experience and would highly recommend him to potential buyers. More
Andy listened to what features and style of vehicle I was interested. He found it and emailed me with the vehicle information so I knew the color and features of my Focus. Of course next to a house, this is one of the most expensive of the average person's purchases and should be a pleasant one. Well, I have been dealing with Parks (Heritage) Ford of Wesley Chapel and its various serves since 2002. Every experience has been a pleasant one. I have Never had even an inkling of a negative with the staff at this business. I can't say enough GOOD about this and previous experiences. Everyone is extremely helpful, pleasant, patient, fair and knowledgeable. When I say everyone, I am including all of the personnel in the background that the customer rarely sees. It takes a TEAM to make things happen and this dealership most certainly maintains that. I want to Thank You for my most recent new vehicle deal and all of the previous experiences. I'm loving my brand new red Focus! OK-off my soapbox! More
