We needed a 3rd vehicle since we have a working teenager (16 1/2 yrs old). We have been sharing 2 vehicles for almost a year to save money. Financially, this is not a slam dunk for us, and I am working an (16 1/2 yrs old). We have been sharing 2 vehicles for almost a year to save money. Financially, this is not a slam dunk for us, and I am working an extra weekend each month to pay for the vehicle, so my daughter can save all of her income for college. George worked very hard to understand my situation and was EXTREMELY patient in helping me understand buying vs leasing, residuals, etc. Once he knew the goal, he put me and the vehicle together. I had a lot of questions. I work in medicine, I don't know cars, I don't know car sales. He gave me his cell phone, left messages for me, took before and after work calls from me, answered every little question, and simply did what it took to help us out. He was 100% available. The day of pick up was a Friday evening and I had to come in after work. Nobody wants to stay late on a Friday, but Paul and George worked together to get it done. George gave us an "orientation class" on the vehicle while Paul started the paperwork. Paul was friendly, straightforward and concise with all explanations of what we were signing. I have to stay late at work too sometimes and I hope I display an attitude of customer service to my patients as well as these two gentlemen did. THANK YOU!! Like to thank Alan for taking the time and having one of the service techs which I can not remember his name, to look at my Focus that has seem to have sprung a coolant leak while picking my new F150 up on the service techs which I can not remember his name, to look at my Focus that has seem to have sprung a coolant leak while picking my new F150 up on Saturday. The Tech toke the time to show me the leak was able to make it back to Orlando with no problems. Kevin knows his product, sync genius he could show some of our sale guys a thing or two. Kevin also saw me looking under the hood of the Focus and got me in hooked up with Alan to get the car looked at. Maybe should have just brought two new cars home with me. On July 15, we came in an hour before closing because we had spent all day at other dealerships. We new what we wanted and the prices of each car. I called the dealership on Saturday and made my appointment for Sunday to come in to look at a vehicle they had on the lot. I let them know that I would be driving 2hrs to the dealership. Upon ar appointment for Sunday to come in to look at a vehicle they had on the lot. I let them know that I would be driving 2hrs to the dealership. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly sales man. I told him I had an appointment with Rich to look at a specific car. About 5 minutes later he comes walking back to let me know they SOLD the vehicle. Which I understand that they can not hold cars for you, but a phone call would have been really nice. Rich couldn't even come tell me himself. So not only did I waste a total of 4 hours driving there and back for nothing, I put an extra 240 miles on my vehicle I was hoping to trade in. Oh, lets not forget about the money I spent in gas driving there and back. I was so frustrated when I left, I called to talk to Rich. He gave me no apology and a ton of excuses. I will never go there EVER again and would not recommend them to anyone. More
