I heard from Will the next day, When we were finally able to talk, he answered all the questions and we made an appointment for a test drive. I ended up with my 2010 Escape, My experience was very low preasure. I got a great price and it was a painless procedure that was not dragged out. I would reccomend!!! More

I am a senior lady so of course my guard was up. I want to say Will kept in touch with me for three weeks no pressure just checking to see if I was still interested, The drive was 70 miles on my arrival I met with Jason a very nice young man, I arrived at 12:30 that afternoon and finished up with Duber at 3:30 and was back home by 5:00 pm with my new car. I love the fact they are family owned. The drive was worth it and I am very happy with my vehicle. Thanks Will, Jason and Duber, I highly recommend this dealership. More

We stopped in to look at your new vehicles and were immediately met by a courteous employee who,while already occupied,placed us with another associate ,Frank,who spent considerable time with us and sh immediately met by a courteous employee who,while already occupied,placed us with another associate ,Frank,who spent considerable time with us and showed us several vehicles.Once we settled on a likely model he took us on a ride in the lot which extended to a tour of the area and resulted in a test drive for both of us.We had notified Frank that our sister-in-law was having medical problems and when we heard back from the family we told Frank we had to leave and with no further ado we said our goodbyes.We took the time to visit other dealerships and looked at the same models and returned to your dealership a few days later.Frank was with other clients and introduced us to George who was as equally proficient as Frank(They make a good team and represent your dealership quite well).We finished up with Geoprge and then dealt with Carlos in financing.The following day we went back to give Frank paperwork for the car we traded and he spent additional time answering questions and explaining features of our purchase.All in all we've been very pleased with your dealership so far and will not hesitate to refer friends to you should the occasion arise. My Father who had previously bought multiple new vehicles from Parks Ford (pka Heritage Ford) always bragged about Alan's customer service when he brought his cars in for service. He would be SO happy that not only did he take great care of him before he passed away in 2004, but now both of his daughters and soon my own son (his grandson) will start coming into this dealership with our Ford vehicles. Specifically for the peace of mind knowing that Alan will be honest and continue to take great care of our family! We purchased a new 2013 Explorer with most every option available and Kevin was so good to take his time and effort to show us about as many of the tech toys as we could absorb in one day and also to answe available and Kevin was so good to take his time and effort to show us about as many of the tech toys as we could absorb in one day and also to answer our questions and never make us feel "dumb" if we didn't know about something. There was never any "pressure" from anyone, including Duber in the finance office, to purchase any additional services, products, etc. (altho' we did!). Everyone we dealt with was very personable and accomodating. Not only are we pleased with our new exciting Explorer, but also with the entire purchase experience. More
I selected this dealership because of its proximity to my home. I had never heard of Parks Ford before and did not know anyone who has used this dealership. I was very pleasntly surprised by the overall attention everyone gave to my needs. They searched the state to find a verhicle that is no longer in production for the U.S. market and found the 2011 Ranger 4x4 that I was looking for, including the color. I pruchased the truck on Monady and returned on Tuesday to have a bedliner installed. The only, very minor complaint I might have is that the clock in the vehicle was not set to the correct time. Despite this oversight I would highly recommend Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel to anyone I know who is in the market for an new Ford vehicle. I am very pleased with the overall srvice! More

After shopping for my new vehicle at 6 different dealers from Starke Florida to Plant City Florida, your immediate delivery of a fair trade-in value and a best price on the new vehicle was far different than the haggling and horse trading methods of other dealerships... You kept the customer the center of your focus, and provided the best price. This should put fear into your competitors, and this will pave the path to success for your team and organization. He was willing to work with us and I became immediatly interested to see what the best deal would be for my wife and I. We made the mistake of going to another dealership first, but was put off by their demeanor and more specifically their sales manger on duty and walked away from a deal. I then realized that what Jason had told me from the start was true...that he would beat any deal from another dealership to gain my business. So, I contacted him, made an appointment, and was given the treatment I had expected from the first place. He truly worked us into a fantastic deal and I will go back to him when the time comes for another vehicle. I also recommend to anyone looking for a Ford, or a new used vehicle to check out Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel, and tell Jason, Steven sent you...maybe I'll get a free car wash out of the deal :) More
