I purchased a Ford Ranger at Parks approximately 6 months ago. Every aspect of the the transaction went very smoothly. I took my vehicle for service this past week. Hannah was the service advisor. She was very professional and kept me informed of the progress as I waited on the vehicle. I was very pleased with her knowledge regarding my service.. she will also be working with me to follow up on a check engine light that comes on and goes off intermittently..
