Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel was the dealer I went to for maintenance on my 2004 Ford 150 Lariat Super Crew. It was a very good truck, and I was hoping that this truck would be my last truck for a LONG time maintenance on my 2004 Ford 150 Lariat Super Crew. It was a very good truck, and I was hoping that this truck would be my last truck for a LONG time. The truck had major engine trouble which Alan and the maintenance team showed me. This mad me very unhappy, and was VERY hard to swallow. Alan, connected me with Kevin in sales and we started to look at a couple vehicles. I wasn't mentally ready to accept the problem at hand but Alan and Kevin assured me that they were going to help. Help with getting me a new vehicle, and working out a good deal. Kevin was VERY knowledgable on 2 of the vehicles which I said I was interested in. I finally decided on a King Ranch F150. Kevin could have worked with several other customers, but he took the time to do 2 test drives and answer ALL my questions. The entire hardship seemed to be easing alot faster then I thought. Kevin assured me that with all I was going through he could work out a good price, and he did. He did it without being a "Salesmen" that many people complain about. He wasn't pushy, aggressive or overbearing at all. He was simply ready to help. Before I knew it, we decided on a price, and Paul the Finance Director was working to get me a great warranty, low payment and solid deal. I am very happy with the entire car buying experience and we already have made it known, that we are in the market for another car, and that Parks Ford will be the provider. More

We found the entire staff at Parks Ford both friendly and very helpful. It was almost like they couldn't do enough for us. This was apparent both before the sale and after. I came in to check out Fords, when I had always been more interested in Chevy. Frank showed me an 08 F150 and took me for a test drive. He also showed me some comparable new models. I wanted to go with the 08 F150, so he and Bill worked out some numbers (which seemed to take forever, but my credit is not that great and they were trying to help me out). Then they introduced me to Duber so he could finish up everything. He got the cost of my new truck and the price for my trade adjusted even more to help me out! I saved about 5000 by going to Parks, and got a LOT of truck for the money. I've already recommended this dealership to a friend of mine who is also in the market for a new truck. More
We had a great experience at Parks Ford in Wesley Chapel on Saturday May 12, 2012. I had just begun to search for a Ford Sport Trac and stopped by Parks Ford since they showed one on their web site. We were greated by a very friendly, outgoing young salesman (John Belcher) - we took the car for a test drive and really liked it. As we started talking a deal, we had a problem - I was thinking of trading my BMW in, but hadn't brought it along. To make a long story short - we worked with Duber and John, and agreed upon a price for the cars, and closed the deal. John rode home with me and took my trade back to the dealership. I haven't had such a good car-dealership experience in 40 years of buying cars (this is my 37th car by the way). I will recommend this dealership (and Duber and John) to anyone that I speak with.
