The Tech toke the time to show me the leak was able to make it back to Orlando with no problems. Kevin knows his product, sync genius he could show some of our sale guys a thing or two. Kevin also saw me looking under the hood of the Focus and got me in hooked up with Alan to get the car looked at. Maybe should have just brought two new cars home with me. On July 15, we came in an hour before closing because we had spent all day at other dealerships. We new what we wanted and the prices of each car. I called the dealership on Saturday and made my appointment for Sunday to come in to look at a vehicle they had on the lot. I let them know that I would be driving 2hrs to the dealership. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was greeted by a friendly sales man. I told him I had an appointment with Rich to look at a specific car. About 5 minutes later he comes walking back to let me know they SOLD the vehicle. Which I understand that they can not hold cars for you, but a phone call would have been really nice. Rich couldn't even come tell me himself. So not only did I waste a total of 4 hours driving there and back for nothing, I put an extra 240 miles on my vehicle I was hoping to trade in. Oh, lets not forget about the money I spent in gas driving there and back. I was so frustrated when I left, I called to talk to Rich. He gave me no apology and a ton of excuses. I will never go there EVER again and would not recommend them to anyone. More

When I arrived at the dealership I was very quickly greated by my salesman. I told him what I thought I wanted and in less than an hour I was able to decide on a vehicle and they found the color I want greated by my salesman. Bought a used vehicle here. This particular vehicle is a used Cadillac SRX, 2005 model. It had approximately 88,000 miles on it when I purchased it. It now has approximately 92,000 miles on it. Within a 4,000 mile time period, I have had to have over $2,400 in engine work done to the vehicle. This is due to a broken engine mount, bad plugs and engine coil replacements from cracking. I traded in a vehicle & handed the dealership over a $9,000 personal check in order to obtain this car and I have been rewarded with being stranded out of town twice in the last 3 months. I even had a meeting with one of the sales managers before purchasing with how the dealership only sells quality used vehicles. I understand there are risks with any used car purchase but my thought was buying from a reputable dealership was a safer beat. Obviously I was wrong. More

Everyone at Parks Ford was wonderful, helpful and always smiling. They had the car we were interested in ready and waiting...The salesman, Jim Wood, had all the answers and made sure that we were 100% sati smiling. Jim made sure to SYNC the car to the bluetooth on my cell phone and showed us how to operate it before we left. Mr. Garzon was quick and thorough with the required final paper signing procedures. He had the tag transfer completed even though we did not trade our old vehicle in. All we had to do, literally, was drive the vehicle home, then notify our insurance company. We are extremely pleased with the entire purchase process and will highly recommend Parks Ford to nayone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
