Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel is a super dealership. I have purchased 3 cars from them through the Sales Associate, Kevin Sawyer. He has a no pressure attitude. He spent time doing research to locate the color and options I wanted. Kevin also has great follow up and keeps you informed by phone and e-mail. When it came time to take care of the financial paperwork, Paul Stokes did a great job getting the loan and payments we needed to secure the purchase of the vehicle. Finally, in the past several years of servicing the cars I have purchased, I always take my cars to Parks Ford. Alan Sarne in service was my original service writer years ago and was promoted to Service Manager, and for good reason. Alan is very knowledgable about all the Ford cars and service issues and is one of the most personal people in the service area. I always ask for him, however, in times when he was not available, I deal with Brent who is also a great asset to Parks Ford. What an awesome service team. I hope Parks Ford takes care of these guys because they are the core of what makes it a great dealership. More

After purchasing I was asked if I was interested in coming back for a "technology" class. I quickly set up to come in the following day as the 2001 F150 I've been driving since it was new didn't have all the gadgets. Kevin explained clearly & precisely as well as answering anything else I questioned & made it VERY clear if we had any other questions down the road to be sure & call anytime. I got bitten by the new car bug after renting a convertible Mustang about 2 years ago. I resisted the urge to purchase and I am glad I waited until the 2013's had made their debut. I found my car after seeing it listed on CARS.com where Parks Ford had it listed. I contacted internet salesman Will Bozeman to see if the car was still available and yes it was!!! Quickly we agreed on a price and I was looking for plane tickets so that I could drive my new baby to its home. Mr. Bozeman picked us up at the airport promptly and in minutes we were standing looking at my new Mustang for the first time. LOVE IT!!! Parks Ford had the car I wanted, great price and super financing. Oh another reason for my choosing Parks Ford was the fact that they had FABULOUS reviews. What a wonderful experience I had. My salesman was not listed so I'd like to mention his name and rate him also a "5" on everything, jesus van der henst. Prior to coming to your dealership, I had already been to 2 cheverlote dealerships, 1 toyota, 1 nissan and low and behold another Ford dealership. No other dealership compares to your associates and how well they treated me!! They went above and beyond for me and did everything they could so I could drive home in my new beautiful F150 that Jesus helped me fall in love with! Frank and Carlos bent over backwards for me to help me get the exact payment I was comfortable with. What a positive experience I had and I will be sure to buy my next new vehicle at this dealership as well. I will also highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me about my beautiful new truck and where I got it. They had the same truck at another ford dealership closer to me which I test drove and was getting a finanical work up on, and I walked OUT because the salesman was so rude, demeaning, arrogant and just a jerk to me the entire time. Thats when I got in my car, called Parks Ford and Frank answered, I didn't know who he was, I just asked "What time do you close and do I have time to come out there?" he was very friendly and professional on the phone so I told him "Ok, I'm on my way and I'm goin to ask for YOU", at that point I had lost all respect and confidence in car dealerships/employees from all the negative attitudes and arrogance from previous dealerships. From the moment I got out of my car, Jesus greeted me and led me right to Frank, who to my surprise, was the manager!!!! Right then I gained a ton of respect for Parks ford, what other GM of a car dealership answers incoming calls!!???????!!???? So, it wasn't just one single thing, or person, that inspired me to commit and buy a new truck, it was everyone I spoke to from the very beginning and everyone who interacted with me once I got there. It was a very positive experience!!! More
