After getting there right off the bat they offered me nothig even close except the trade in was what we said online and on the phone a very low trade in for the car I brought to them in mint condition. We went back and fourth for two hours at one point I was even in my car ready to leave in the end I was tired of their games and just excepted the deal of approx $2000 less for my trade in so my payment was a bit higher. Then a few days later to see they mocked my trade in amount on their advertisement for my old car? What kinda of dealer does this. Not a good expeirence. More

Fred was extremely helpful during the purchase of my 2011 Mustang. He was clear in his explanation of the benefits of the Certified Pre-Owned program. The first words my husband and I said to Fred was "we are just looking today. We are not buying." I wanted to drive a new explorer. Fred kept pushing and pushing for a sale. He told us he would ge "we are just looking today. We are not buying." I wanted to drive a new explorer. Fred kept pushing and pushing for a sale. He told us he would get us a deal of a lifetime and then he had a disgusting attitude when he realized that the "deal of a lifetime" wasn't going to happen. Don't promise me something and then not deliver. Him and Duber both kept asking if I would "settle" for this or that....NO!!!! I'm not in a position where I HAVE to buy. I WANT to buy a new explorer. I do not have to settle for anything that I don't like. By the time we left, after I put my foot down, Fred wouldn't even make eye contact with us. Fred was informed that we only had limited time to spend at the dealership, and with me being pregnant, I need to stick to a schedule. Finally, after 30 minutes of Fred "beating around the bush," I said no thank you and good bye. The next time someone comes in and WANTS to spend $50,000 ..... Do NOT push them!!! I would have spent my money there had it not been for a pushy salesman and his business manager. Now I will not be returning to Parks Ford and I will take my money elsewhere. More
