Lied to me about brand new ford escape titanium breaking when I went to take delivery. They actually broke the dash from the factory and removed the entire screen and modules and installed one from another when I went to take delivery. They actually broke the dash from the factory and removed the entire screen and modules and installed one from another new car. They would have had me sign all the papers to transfer ownership but I said no, I needed to inspect the car. I found out the next day that they had already repaired the brand new car in the morning before it broke again and the removed the center console. When discussed he next day, no one saw that this is an ethical problem, that the customer has a right to know if the brand new car from the factory has been repaired and parts totally replaced. Customer service told me the general manager would not do anything to make it right and they did not offer to find another car. Rich was the only e who said he would lower the price but he said he could not find another loaded out titanium! So much for " I can get the car in 3 days" for you. Very unethical dealership! I never imagined that I would be able to find and buy a new vehicle in just 2 days. Jennifer dropped everything when I called and had researched the vehicles that best met my requirements before I arrived new vehicle in just 2 days. When we found the ideal car, a 2013 Focus Hatchback, it had everything I wanted except Surrius and the Ruby Red color, she found one at Brandon Ford. Rich personally assured me that he would be able to get the car to e, even though it was after 5 and the manager at Brandon Ford was gone for the day. Carlos in finance was also very helpful. I had received approval from my credit union at 4.99 percent, but Carlos got me approval at a local bank for 4.75. Overall my experience at Park's Ford was very positive. More

My Focus had just been totalled and I wanted an Escape. As a result of the way Frank assisted me in 2007, I requested to deal with Frank and no one else this time. Again he made my experience in buying my new Escape a good one. He worked with me and gave me what I wanted. Frank is a gentleman and treats his clents with respect.
