Mrs. Commons, We apologize for this unfortunate experience. The Ford Escape you were going to take delivery did have a problem with the back up camera, that came that way from the factory. We did have our Service department take a look at it, and take care of the problem. We understand you weren't comfortable taking delivery of this vehicle, we did try and locate you the identical car, and unfortunalty we could not find one.
