This is my second car with this dealership. The first deal in 2011 was perfectly smooth, and this recent purchase was even better. He was truthful and completely interested in helping me. Paul was professional and thorough and very kind in handling the financial end of the transaction. Very bizarre experience. First, there was only 1 Fusion on the whole lot to look at, and we had to wait until another customer group finished looking at it. (There were a couple others that were already so on the whole lot to look at, and we had to wait until another customer group finished looking at it. (There were a couple others that were already sold so we couldn't sit in them.) During this time we asked questions about the car and the salesman was not very familiar with the car and he was reading from the website (I guess he was new). This was our first time in a Ford dealership. He told us it would be easier for him to explain the features once we saw the car. He was very nice but not familiar with the car. There was a lot of awkward silence. We asked for a brochure about the car and they didn't have any. I thought it was strange that they didn't have any cars, and even stranger that they didn't have any brochures or any literature at all about the car. When we saw the car, it was very nice but the salesman still was not very familiar with it, reading from the window stickers about the options. He told us he would have some SE models without leather to look at in a week or so. He showed us some features on the car but did not really present the car well. More
