Because we have owned a Ford Explorer for the past 12 years , we dicided to take a look at the 2013 Explorer. As we pulled into the parking lot at Parks Ford we were greeted by Jesus Van Der Henst. He welcomed us and asked us what model vehicle we were interested in. We told him we would like to look at a Ford Explorer and told him the price range we were looking for. Jesus promtly showed a white 2013 Explorer that was in our price range. Jesus arranged a test drive for us. As my with drove the Explorer Jesus was very patient with her explaining all the features. When we returned to the Dealership we went inside and started negotiating a sale price. All personnel involded were pleasant to work with. When we left that night we owned a new 2013 Ford Explorer. Jesus was the freindliest salesman I have ever dealt with. More

We went to the dealership on a whim and left with a brand new truck! The service was wonderful...my husband and I don't have perfect credit but the team at Heritage went out of their way to get us the new, r new truck! I came into Parks Ford for a Ford Sports Trac which was listed on Auto Trader website, I knew my credit was bad, but figured I would try anyway. Kevin took all my information down, and within minutes they listed on Auto Trader website, I knew my credit was bad, but figured I would try anyway.
