I got bitten by the new car bug after renting a convertible Mustang about 2 years ago. I resisted the urge to purchase and I am glad I waited until the 2013's had made their debut. After searching Cars.com, Autotraderonline.com and local dealers I knew what I wanted but the only problem was that I wanted a manual transmission and none could be found in my state so I sought out dealers in other states. I found my car after seeing it listed on CARS.com where Parks Ford had it listed. I contacted internet salesman Will Bozeman to see if the car was still available and yes it was!!! Quickly we agreed on a price and I was looking for plane tickets so that I could drive my new baby to its home. Mr. Bozeman picked us up at the airport promptly and in minutes we were standing looking at my new Mustang for the first time. LOVE IT!!! Parks Ford had the car I wanted, great price and super financing. Oh another reason for my choosing Parks Ford was the fact that they had FABULOUS reviews. It was worth the flight from Louisiana to Florida to purchase my new car. I would highly recommend Parks Ford and Will Bozeman. More

What a wonderful experience I had. My salesman was not listed so I'd like to mention his name and rate him also a "5" on everything, jesus van der henst. Prior to coming to your dealership, I had already been to 2 cheverlote dealerships, 1 toyota, 1 nissan and low and behold another Ford dealership. No other dealership compares to your associates and how well they treated me!! They went above and beyond for me and did everything they could so I could drive home in my new beautiful F150 that Jesus helped me fall in love with! Frank and Carlos bent over backwards for me to help me get the exact payment I was comfortable with. What a positive experience I had and I will be sure to buy my next new vehicle at this dealership as well. I will also highly recommend this dealership to anyone who asks me about my beautiful new truck and where I got it. They had the same truck at another ford dealership closer to me which I test drove and was getting a finanical work up on, and I walked OUT because the salesman was so rude, demeaning, arrogant and just a jerk to me the entire time. Thats when I got in my car, called Parks Ford and Frank answered, I didn't know who he was, I just asked "What time do you close and do I have time to come out there?" he was very friendly and professional on the phone so I told him "Ok, I'm on my way and I'm goin to ask for YOU", at that point I had lost all respect and confidence in car dealerships/employees from all the negative attitudes and arrogance from previous dealerships. From the moment I got out of my car, Jesus greeted me and led me right to Frank, who to my surprise, was the manager!!!! Right then I gained a ton of respect for Parks ford, what other GM of a car dealership answers incoming calls!!???????!!???? So, it wasn't just one single thing, or person, that inspired me to commit and buy a new truck, it was everyone I spoke to from the very beginning and everyone who interacted with me once I got there. It was a very positive experience!!! More

I went back and complained that someone made a huge scrape off of my running boards which we may never know who had done it personally I did not make that scrape and so what the dealership but eventual scrape off of my running boards which we may never know who had done it personally I did not make that scrape and so what the dealership but eventually the service department supervisor went ahead and said they will repair it for no cost. My only gripe was I gave them a clean car and it came back with muddy boot prints on my running boards and floor mat I know ussually dealership use a paper floor mat to avoid this situation but since I came in just for body works they dont use those on that situation. More

The bottom line was that I wanted to buy an American made car. In my opinion nothing is as American as a Ford. The '68 Mustang has been my dream car for as long as I can remember. So I emailed Parks Ford sea car. In my opinion nothing is as American as a Ford. The '68 Mustang has been my dream car for as long as I can remember. So I emailed Parks Ford searching for a new Focus with some upgrades. They were quick to respond and quoted me in the return email. HUGE BONUS. Then I followed up with a phone call to ensure they in fact had the car on the lot and set up a test drive. When I arrived everyone there was very polite. I'd say at least 4 employees right off the bat greeted my father and I. They told us to have a seat and Will would be right with us. It didn't take to long at all. Will came out in minutes and brought us to the office. I was disappointed that the car in question wasn't actually on the lot & they only had 2 similar ones to chose from, of course for more money. Will quickly saw my displeasure and reassured me that they could get any car that I wanted anyway and recommended that I test drive one of the cars there to make sure I like it. I agreed. He pulled up in a focus similar to the one that I wanted only with a few more upgrades. It drove great. After Will explained all of the advances Ford has been making with fuel efficiency and overall product I was hooked. Negotiations were kind of long but it is the car business so it is expected. when we cleared through all of smoke and we each told our bottom lines an agreement was made and papers were signed. Even though it wasn't the exact car I wanted I ended up getting a better upgrade for the price I was looking to spend. Thank you Will and Carlos for all of the assistance! More
