The first words my husband and I said to Fred was "we are just looking today. We are not buying." I wanted to drive a new explorer. Fred kept pushing and pushing for a sale. He told us he would get us a deal of a lifetime and then he had a disgusting attitude when he realized that the "deal of a lifetime" wasn't going to happen. Don't promise me something and then not deliver. Him and Duber both kept asking if I would "settle" for this or that....NO!!!! I'm not in a position where I HAVE to buy. I WANT to buy a new explorer. I do not have to settle for anything that I don't like. By the time we left, after I put my foot down, Fred wouldn't even make eye contact with us. Fred was informed that we only had limited time to spend at the dealership, and with me being pregnant, I need to stick to a schedule. Finally, after 30 minutes of Fred "beating around the bush," I said no thank you and good bye. The next time someone comes in and WANTS to spend $50,000 ..... Do NOT push them!!! I would have spent my money there had it not been for a pushy salesman and his business manager. Now I will not be returning to Parks Ford and I will take my money elsewhere. More

Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel is a super dealership. I have purchased 3 cars from them through the Sales Associate, Kevin Sawyer. He has a no pressure attitude. He always listens to the customers wants and ne purchased 3 cars from them through the Sales Associate, Kevin Sawyer. He has a no pressure attitude. He always listens to the customers wants and needs and then delivers on the mark. I had him working several angles and he was happy to do what ever it took to get me into the car I needed. He spent time doing research to locate the color and options I wanted. Kevin also has great follow up and keeps you informed by phone and e-mail. When it came time to take care of the financial paperwork, Paul Stokes did a great job getting the loan and payments we needed to secure the purchase of the vehicle. Finally, in the past several years of servicing the cars I have purchased, I always take my cars to Parks Ford. Alan Sarne in service was my original service writer years ago and was promoted to Service Manager, and for good reason. Alan is very knowledgable about all the Ford cars and service issues and is one of the most personal people in the service area. I always ask for him, however, in times when he was not available, I deal with Brent who is also a great asset to Parks Ford. What an awesome service team. I hope Parks Ford takes care of these guys because they are the core of what makes it a great dealership. More

Alan Sarne always takes care of me and I stopped by to get some work done for my truck and mentioned I would like to check out the new trucks with the Ecoboost motor. I went to Parks Ford on a referral from a friend & after meeting w/Mr. Lacey, defining what models & options I was interested in he quickly had Kevin Regan take us on 3 separate test drives to compa & after meeting w/Mr. Lacey, defining what models & options I was interested in he quickly had Kevin Regan take us on 3 separate test drives to compare different motors & feel of drive w/the dif. motors. Kevin was very knowledgeable & answered any questions I had on all of the available options on each model I tested. After purchasing I was asked if I was interested in coming back for a "technology" class. I quickly set up to come in the following day as the 2001 F150 I've been driving since it was new didn't have all the gadgets. Kevin explained clearly & precisely as well as answering anything else I questioned & made it VERY clear if we had any other questions down the road to be sure & call anytime. Everyone we dealt with throughout the whole sale made us feel very welcome & valued as customers & I wouldn't hesitate to refer family & friends to this dealership to deal directly with Kevin or Frank.
