I have been in the market to purchase a very specific vehicle; a 2014 Ford Mustang. I have been researching the vehicle as well as dealerships throughout Florida. When I first arrived at Parks, I was greeted by Robert Vido with a very friendly smile, a firm handshake, and a warm disposition. Robert listened attentively to my specific purchase needs, and proceeded to guide me through the entire process. The particular vehicle that I wanted, a Mustang was located and transferred in from Orlando, and Robert and Frank arranged the entire process. My entire experience with Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel was absolutely phenomenal, and I will absolutely refer other people to purchase at Parks, and I myself will most certainly purchase their again. Upon my arrival I was greeted rather quickly by my sales associate Dorian Sinclair. He was very professional, personable and all around a great employee. All Parks Ford employees are very friendly and courteous. They worked with us to find the new vehicle that we wanted without having to order it from the factory. He was very knowledgeable and accomodating during our transaction. I started my new car shopping online about a month ago. I decided to drive GMC Acadia and Ford Explorer. I wasn't thrilled with the lack of enthusiasm at the Chevrolet dealer so I headed over to Parks Ford. decided to drive GMC Acadia and Ford Explorer. I wasn't thrilled with the lack of enthusiasm at the Chevrolet dealer so I headed over to Parks Ford. I exited the car and Jim was there to introduce himself and offer his service. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he had a new Explorer pulled up to test drive within minutes. After driving, I decided I wanted to drive an Edge. This car was exactly what I was looking for. Smooth ride ( car like) but still felt like an SUV. I was concerned it would not fit in the garage so Jim offered to drive it to my house and try. It fit and we purchased. Jim went above and beyond for me that day, without pressuring me into anything. We then put some numbers together and they came really close to what I was willing to pay for the vehicle. The finance guy was super nice as well and applied no pressure. The whole team definitely treated me well and I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. Oh and I love the new Ford Edge, totally satisfied! More

I recently went to Parks Ford for service on my Mercury Sable...and after a few mishaps which left me disappointed I received a call from Mr. Adams the relatively new service manager. He expressed concern Sable...and after a few mishaps which left me disappointed I received a call from Mr. Adams the relatively new service manager. He expressed concern for my dissatisfaction with my recent service.and outlined what he wanted to do to remedy the situation. What he was proposing was a pleasant surprise, not only because it resolved my current service issue to my satisfaction... but rather the prompt and courteous manner in which it was offered reflected a genuine desire to do right by me. It occurred to me if they would extend this level of concern and consideration to me...then they would probably, as a matter of policy extend it to all their customers. A business the size of a car dealership, with the volume of service customers they handle, instances of disappointment in service are bound to happen no matter how hard a company strives to prevent the occurrences. The professionalism of a service department is tested during these occasions and will reveal just how committed to customer service they really are. In my case they came through in such a way that resulted in my service experience going from disappointing to very satisfied by not only meeting... but actually exceeding my expectations. I was told by the general manager a couple months ago he wanted to increase the level of customer satisfaction in his service department and if I were to bring my cars in for service I would not be disappointed. The recent addition of Mr. Adams appears to have been an excellent first step in reaching that goal. So accolades go out to Mr. Mullane for his choice. One thing I have noticed about Parks Ford...you can always count on the service advisers to be friendly and personable. That takes real effort and should be recognized as such because it can be overwhelming at times when the service department gets extremely busy. Mr. Abati was no different, as he addressed my needs and concerns in the manner in which I expect to be treated. If you are looking for a long term service and maintenance relationship with a service department that is willing to go the extra mile...then Parks Ford is certainly worthy of consideration. More
