My husband and I used this dealership twice when it was Heritage Ford and were happy, that's why we came back and bought a used vehicle. Our sales guy was good but the condition of the vehicle when deliver Heritage Ford and were happy, that's why we came back and bought a used vehicle. Our sales guy was good but the condition of the vehicle when delivered to us was horrible. We waited for at least three hours for them to detail the vehicle and when it was brought out to us all that was done was a wash and a full tank of gas -which the gas was appreciated but it was filthy inside. The vehicle was never vacummed nor were the dirty cup holders wiped in any way. I was very disappointed driving it home after I waited several hours for the detailing. I had to go the next day & paid Bay Breeze to detail it because I didn't want to get disappointed again and waste my time. I had to make other arrangements for my kids when they got home the day I bought my vehicle because of the wait for a dirty vehicle. I understand that it was a used vehicle but the presentation of cleanliness should take precedence and the commitment for the dealership should have mattered. I have bought used vehicles before but never in the state that this one was delivered to us after waiting for something that they were supposed to be doing. When asking the manager Bill to do something after he offered his help in any way didn't matter because he said that there was nothing he could do to make them worker faster & it may only slow them down if anything was said. I would like to know what they were supposedly doing when at that time. More

Robert met my expectations with price and it was a smooth negotiation with no high pressure sales tactics. I then finalized the paperwork with Paul Stokes and it too went smooth and quick. Once again no high pressure sales tactics. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Ford. Very friendly staff and a nice new car buying experience. More

There are many reasons why I gave Parks Ford a high rating. First, they deserved it. After calling two other Ford Dealerships in our area, telling them what we were looking for, neither dealership eve rating. First, they deserved it. After calling two other Ford Dealerships in our area, telling them what we were looking for, neither dealership ever returned our call. We decided to physically go to the third dealer. Our salesman, Jim Wood, met us soon after arriving. After explaining to him that we were just there to "look" at the new Explorers, he pointed us in the right direction. He didn't press us, or hassle us, just told us if we saw something we had questions about, or wanted to drive, just let him know. We didn't see exactly what we were looking for, so we went and found Jim. He explained he could have anything we wanted in two to three days. In the meantime, he suggested we drive one that was close. We're glad he did. We had planned on looking at a few types of SUV's but after the test drive we knew we found the type of vehicle we wanted. We had a little time before our money would be available, so we told him we would go home, print out an Explorer we had built on Ford website and bring it back. Although we didn't come right back, actually five days went by, he called us to let us know there was one on the lot that had just came in and it was everything we were looking for except the outside color. That told us he didn't just forget about us when we walked away and didn't buy, nor did we get right back to him with exactly what we wanted. He listened to us, remembered, and called us back. You might say that's his job, and I agree, but, I've met many car salesman that pressure you to buy that day, then forget about you if you don't. So, we went to look at the Explorer and immediately knew it was the vehicle we were going to buy, even know it wasn't our first color choice. We actually liked it better than the one we had built online. There was no financing, but, our money wouldn't be available for about a week from the day we went back. Jim Wood, bent over backward to find a way we could drive it away that day. He and the others that worked on it did a great job, and we were able to come back the next day and pick it up. They were all very friendly, did not pressure us, and made it work. For that we will continue to go back and will recommend them to everyone we know. Did we get a good deal? My belief is, if I walk away happy, and the dealer is happy, its a great deal. With that belief, we received a great deal. When you get tired of all the bs at other dealerships, go visit Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel,it will be the last dealership you have to visit. More

We did our research about car values before we shopped, so I know they treated us right. I wanted to write this review because I really did appreciate the whole experience and their work in helping us get a car within our budget. Jesus was very patient with all of our questions and I believe he really cared about my daughter and I being happy. I highly recommend this dealership to any car buyer. More
Had a great experience at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel on Monday night. Frank Lacey greeted me and introduced me to Kevin Regan who did a great job guiding me through the sales process. Parks Ford (formerly Heritage Ford) has been our "go to" Ford dealership for the past 9 years. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them in this time frame, with the latest being a 2013 Ford Mustang Conver to" Ford dealership for the past 9 years. We have purchased 5 vehicles from them in this time frame, with the latest being a 2013 Ford Mustang Convertible. Kevin Sawyer, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable about the car and answered every question we had and then some. He was very helpful after the purchase, helping and showing us how the many features of the car worked and how to program them. He also followed up with a personal call to make sure everything was going and to see if we had any other questions. I would also like to mention Paul Stokes who works in Financing. We have worked with him on every vehicle we have purchased. He is very knowledgeable and has made the whole buying process very easy and painless. The Service Department at Parks Ford is second to none. Their staff is very knowledgeable and makes the repairs right the first time and in a timely manner. Alan Sarne and Brent Thirkill are the Service advisors I go to. Alan has been our "go-to" advisor since Day 1. I can't say enough about him. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of, even if it's a last minute, unscheduled repair. Parks Ford is very lucky to have him. His attention to our needs has kept us coming back, time and time again. I would definitely recommend Parks Ford Service department to anyone. Well worth the drive from anywhere! More
