I recently graduated college up the road and needed to find a good used car to help me travel to and from work and at a good deal. Ryan Carey pointed me towards the dealership and as soon as I was on the find a good used car to help me travel to and from work and at a good deal. Ryan Carey pointed me towards the dealership and as soon as I was on the lot was greeted and assisted by George Dybowski. George let me take the Mazda 3 on a test drive, answered all questions I posed, and drafted up a great deal that fit my needs. Shopping for cars can really be intimidating but the friendly faces at Parks Ford made it more enjoyable and less stressful. Paul Stokes helped me finish up my paperwork and registration, explaining everything I was signing, all while being very friendly. More

The staff(especially Vincent Ippolito and Robert Vido) were awesome to deal with,and went out of their way(even staying after closing Wesley Chapel ! I am 65 and have purchased Chevys,Volvo, Mersedes, Fords over the years. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. My wife will not go to the dealers except to see the car and pick out color and leave over the years. This was the BEST experience I have ever had. My wife will not go to the dealers except to see the car and pick out color and leave. She then sends me to do the rest. She stayed through out the whole visit! George Dybowski was the perfect advisor helping but put pushing, he answered several emails. We were very comfortable looking around and taking our time making the final decision. We it came to the finial price and negotiating he handle the process well. As for the finance person in the past I hated the signing having to deal with them. This time was different. He help us understand the extended warranty and pick the correct policy. We will buy our next cars here and only here. More

I just purchased my third vehicle from this dealership. I have always had an excellent experience both when buying and when it comes time for routine service. I recently purchased a FIAT 500c Lounge Cabrio and my salesman was Fred Carvalho. Fred was quite courteous to myself and my wife and was quite knowledgeable of his product when he described the major fun salesman was Fred Carvalho. Fred was quite courteous to myself and my wife and was quite knowledgeable of his product when he described the major functions and features of the FIAT prior to our test drive. Fred was very professional and he helped us enjoy the car buying experience which we usually dread. Fred introduced me to the service team before I drove off with my new purchase. I had the car detailed a couple of days later and Mike Hollowell the service manager was quite professional and friendly and the quality of service was exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered lunch by the service team during my short wait. Again, Fred came over to the service area to make sure everything was going well.
