I have been thinking of getting a new car was not really sure if I wanted to or not. Stoped by Parks Ford just to look. When we started "car shopping" recently we immediately thought of the Ford dealership at Wesley Chapel as we purchased there before in 2004 and found the experience then to be a very pleasant immediately thought of the Ford dealership at Wesley Chapel as we purchased there before in 2004 and found the experience then to be a very pleasant one. Having had Ford products in the past and being very well pleased with them, we went first to Parks Ford, but with open minds, as we wanted to check out all dealerships in the area. Upon our arrival, we found George met us and we found him to be very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help us in every way. He spent more than ample time with us, took us on a test drive and was everything we could want a salesperson to be. We also met and talked with Frank and found him to be very pleasant to work with. We left Parks, checked out a few other dealerships, but didn't find any other that measured up to Parks. We were not as happy with their products nor their salesmen and going back to Parks was our choice. We worked not only with George and Frank when we returned, but spent some time with Steve, whom we found to be a very nice young man, personable and ready to answer any questions we had. From the moment we walked in we felt as if we had VIP treatment. We were immediately put in contact with someone to help us given water and sat down so we could go over what we may qualify for. I gave Parks Ford an overall 5 rating becuase it was a great experiance. When the company decided to purchase a new truck to replace the old F 250, we began making inquires to the dealerships in the area. great experiance. As with any company. it was important to us to not only get the best price and quality truck, but to still keep our own deliveries on schedual. Parks came in at the best price for a new F250 truck beating the other dealerships by several thousands, but then they exceeded our expectations by bringing the truck to us for review and being prepared to sign the papers right one the spot. whole process took less then 30 minutes and our driver was out of the old truck, into the new truck and on his way to his next delivery, thereby keeping us on time and extremely happy. He asked good questions that assisted me in pin-pointing the car that would best suit my driving needs and style. Within about thirty minutes, George drove up in a beautiful Escape. We took it for a test drive. This 2013 Escape SEL was a perfect match! George is very knowledgable about his product. He is a honest person and not a high-pressure individual. Two qualities that are a must when purchasing a car. He even assisted me with syncing my cell phone to the vehicle, along with a myriad of other important information regarding my new car. Frank was very fair with the price. We came to terms in about 10 minutes, and I know I got a great deal. I will be back to Parks to purchase our next vehicle to replace a very old and worn out one that my son is driving.
