I have been a faithful Ford customer for 2 F150's, my father/mother before me, my sister as well. I/we have always had dealings with Alan as our contact person. Last week Alan took care of my brakes, this week an awesome price on my new BF Goodrich tires. My brother n law, a tire dealer with big trucks couldn't believe our price Alan offered and since we have a great relationship with Alan he said to see Alan as he is no longer living in Florida to be available for us as he used to be. We stopped by unannounced yesterday at 8am and advised Alan he won our business for the tires. Just in time for tropical storm Andrea! It was like driving a new truck! I was safe and sound! On June 3, 2013 I brought in my F-250 for repairs to the rear end assembly. I was assisted by Michael Abati who quickly had the vehicle inspected and gave me a thorough breakdown of the repairs needed. rear end assembly. While waiting for my ride, I went outside and was looking around at the used trucks. I was met by Robert Vido who proceeded to assess what I was looking for. He showed me several vehicles that fit my needs and thoroughly explained each ones advantages and disadvantages. I have purchased several Ford Trucks over the years and I would like to highly commend Roberts professionalism and courtesy with me even though I had stated that I was having my truck repaired and wasn't really looking to buy. I was impressed with his knowledge and the fact that at no time did I feel I was being pressured into a sale. When I decided it would be better for me to buy, I again felt no pressure and was even steered away from trucks that were priced as to put me in over where I wished to be. Once the terms etc. were ironed out, I was introduced to Paul Stokes who handled the rest of the transaction, again with no pressure to take anything I didn't need. Although I live in South Florida I would make a trip there if I ever needed a major purchase and, as my daughter lives in the area, I will try to have any service I need done there when I am in the area. Again, I must commend Robert on making this an excellent experience, not only during the sale process but in all his help in getting everything transferred from one vehicle to another and going far beyond what would normally be expected. Even the follow up personal call to make sure everything was fine instead of a call from the office or a survey was unexpected and appreciated. This past Saturday I visited Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel and had the pleasure to work with David Bonsey and Vincent Ippolito. This being my first solo car purchasing experience David did a great job providing me with multiple options to consider. At no point did I find myself feeling pressured or disregarded as a customer and I ended up walking away with a 2011 Dodge Nitro that I couldn't be more excited about. I walked in with my own secured financing through Capital One (with an admittedly high APR due to my less than savory credit score at the moment). I had been turned down by multiple lenders and finally got an approval through Capital One with a fixed APR of 18.58%. I was approached later on by Vincent Ippolito who asked if I would be interested in accepting different offers if he could secure lower APR for me with better loan terms so I said sure since it really couldn't hurt anything at this point. Vincent was able to find a lender for me who lowered my APR by about 3% which was just such a relief. All in all I couldn't come up with a single complaint with my entire experience at Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel and I'm sure I couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with me on this. I've been looking at the internet @ cars .com and found a truck that was about what I wanted.So as I was waiting for my truck to be serviced I walked down the hallway and ran into Will Bozeman and asked him if he could point me out to the internet managers office.Not knowing that Will was the internet manager.I told him I had found this truck at Adkins Ford in Fort Meade fl.and wondered if we could do business,he assured me we could.And now I'm driving my new truck.The experience was good this dealership has made a strong turnaround.You have kept the good people and got rid of the ones that didn't need to be there.Of was course you never get the deal you want you just hope the vehicle you purchased was made on tuesday orwednesday. The Sales rep David Bonsey was excellent - as well as the whole sales team. He listened to my needs and worked to help me get my needs met without being a pushy stereotypical car salesman. Even though I had a more cost effective deal at Toyota I came back to purchase here as I felt more comfortable with the Parks team.
