My wife was being treated for cancer but wanted to handle buying her own car earlier this year. The folks at Parks treated her with dignity and respect when she originally came to buy her truck. On the sales manager and finance front, both Shane and Paul were very friendly and helpful. Paul especially was consultative but wasn't overbearing in pushing additional items. I appreciated that he knew how to push and knew when to quit pushing. The manager, Duber, was also very appreciative of our business. He was professional but personable. We enjoyed the experience we had with the dealership. The one problem of note is that I had filled out contact information on the Ford website. I had not directed that to Parks Ford. I did receive follow up calls from Parks Ford but never spoke with anyone. When we walked into the dealership, our information was already in the system and there was an attempt to direct the sale to the internet team. With all respect, we did not ever deal with the internet team, did not speak with anyone there. We bought a vehicle from Andre and I trust the dealership is appropriate in directing the recognition and reward to him in that regard. More

I have a motor home that has a Ford chassis and drive train. I am a current customer of Parks Lincoln in Tampa and they could not assist with the issue that I had and recommended that I use Parks Ford of train. I called Bob Weinstock, explained my issue and made an appointment. I gave him some basic information and he said he would do some research and get back to me. Within a few minutes he called me back. When I arrived, Bob met me in the parking lot and escorted me in. He introduced me to Brent Thirkill who took over getting me registered. Both of them thoroughly explained the process and when to expect the vehicle to be ready. Bob actually "went the extra mile" and told me he would do further diagnostics for no additional costs in hopes of saving me some money, as this was going to be a costly repair. Brent called me several times with updates, which I appreciated. The vehicle was actually ready before promised and at the quoted price. I have bought and used many dealerships in my life and you just do not find this type of quality and personal customer service at other dealerships. These two guys "personalized" the service experience and that is why I commend them, will recommend them and will be returning with my other service needs. More
