When I arrived at Parks Ford, I had already picked out the vehicle and wanted to Test Drive. I was told to speak with Shane, who assigned Steve Stultz work with me. Every question was answered and I believe Steve is an absolute asset to your dealership. I decided to purchase the 2013 Escape and was sent to Carlos to go over different coverage and additional options for my new purchase. Carlos helped me save extra money by searching for a DMV Tag I didn't know I had. Carlos helped me get my payments within my set budget and before I knew it, The car was mine. During this time, Steve was busy setting up the SYNC with MyFordTouch and had the car all ready to go once I signed the Contract. The entire staff was very curtious and professional.
